Hello from PuRe at @clerkenwelldesignweek ✨

The UK’s leading design festival did not disappoint this year, with talks, installations, and exhibitions springing up all around Clerkenwell.

First up, PuRe hosted a press breakfast to unveil @stringfurniture’s exhibition in the Great Hall at Old Sessions House. The morning beautifully kicked off the design week and provided an exclusive UK preview of the Museum Trolley and Pedestal set to launch in June 2026.

The new @scpltd Clerkenwell store was a celebration of Swedish design with the new Bovik Collection from @grythyttanstalmobler and the Outdoor Galvanised String System from @stringfurniture.

The new Harmonia Collection from @_parador won a prestigious Clerkenwell Design Week award. Thank you @designmilk for recognising the pioneering Harmonia Collection for this category!

Finally, a panel discussion and drinks reception with @stringfurniture to introduce “Newness Reconfigured” with @abrogersdesign, @tola_oj, and Lisl du Toit of @universaldesignstudio, in a conversation led by @agermanross, @disegnojournal’s Founder and Chief Curator at the Design Museum, in a discussion around modularity, adaptable systems, and sustainability.

Until next time, Clerkenwell Design Week! ✨

From concept to built reality, we’re so thrilled to see @trimble_official's collaboration with @tolaojuolape.studio for @collectartfair.

Following an incredible private preview on Wednesday, their vision for a modern ‘Maker’s Library’ is now a open to the public at @somersethouse.

The installation is a celebration of texture and craftsmanship, where every modular detail was meticulously refined in @sketchup_official before becoming the living, breathing space you see today. We couldn't be prouder to see this vision come to life in such an iconic setting.

📖 Read more about the design in @wallpapermag, link in bio.

📅 Visit the lounge: 27 Feb - 01 Mar 📍 Location: Somerset House, London |

Presented by @craftscouncil
Installation photography by @james_harris_london and Nick Bennet

An honour and a joy to co-host last week's Design, Directed dinner on behalf of @livingetcofficial, the first of 2025. Bringing together so many people I admire and enjoy spending time with to celebrate the start of what's shaping up to be a year of positivity and creativity. Thanks to everyone who came, and of course to @sarah.spiteri, the co-hostess with the mostest.

A refreshing day out to Focus 24 at the gorgeous Chelsea Design Centre a few weeks ago. 100s of designers opened their studios and showrooms giving endless inspiration and beautiful visuals!

I was lucky enough to go a very insightful talk by Tola Ojuolape (@tolaojuolape.studio), Irene Gunter (@gunterandco) and Hannah Franklin (@hannahfranklininteriorstylist) about turning your passion into a career, which gave me lots to think about..!
