The @gym80_uk Pure Kraft lying leg extension is another leg day variation here @thesanctumofficial.

A plate loaded machine, super smooth movement allowing for total isolation and intense contraction of the hamstrings.

This machine can be loaded heavy 💪 and for additional loading or resistance curve alteration the banding pegs are a great option.

Whether a priming exercise before compounds or a finisher afterwards, it’s a fantastic piece to light up your hamstrings.

Whether training by myself, regular partners or clients, in this case both with @pezzza24 @tom_isham1 one thing always remains true.

Execution
Effort
Intent

Making the most out of every rep, set and exercise. Can there be some trade off, absolutely yes, but one should never be sacrificed completely for the other.

This session we tested out 3 of our new 6 @gym80_uk machines.
1) Standing lateral raise
2) Standing chest crush
3) 55 degree chest supported row.

Great movements which help you achieve the above principles.

Whether you are a beginner, or more advanced in your fitness journey, if you want to learn more about coaching support and training drop us a DM. Myself or one of the team will be happy to help.

Welcome to the team….

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the @thesanctumofficial athletes program, initially supporting 5 talented members on their journeys to success, with ambition to add more in the future.

Our goal is to provide a platform for growth, development, and achievement, beyond just a training space.

We're grateful to our athletes for their trust and to our partners for their support. (More to come)

We're excited to share the next stage of our journey with you and watch this group thrive! 😊
