👀 YOU’RE NOT SEEING DOUBLE! Meet Barry & Eric, two familiar faces here at The Training Room! These two have been consistently showing up, putting in the work, and making our 12 PM class their second home for 4+ YEARS! 💪 And those shirts they’re holding? 👕 Those are our 500+ Club shirts, something we give to members who hit the incredible milestone of attending 500 classes at The Training Room! But these two didn’t stop at 500. Let’s look at the numbers! 📊 🏋️ BARRY BY THE NUMBERS: * ✅ 713 lifetime classes * 🔥 126 classes in 2026 * 📅 Currently on a 12-week streak * 🏆 Longest streak: 47 weeks! 🏋️ ERIC BY THE NUMBERS: * ✅ 893 lifetime classes * 🔥 192 classes in 2026 * 📅 Currently on a 125-WEEK STREAK! 🤯 NOW FOR SOME FUN MATH! 🧮 Between these two legends: 💪 1,606 total class check-ins! ⏰ That’s approximately 1,606 hours of fitness, assuming an hour per class. 📆 Or nearly 67 STRAIGHT DAYS spent working out! 🔥 They’ve combined for 318 classes in 2026 alone! 👕 And they’ve blown past the 500 Club milestone by a combined 606 classes! 🥪 At this point, we should probably just rename the 12 PM class the Barry & Eric Show! All jokes aside, this is what consistency looks like. It’s not about hitting a PR every day. It’s not about having the perfect workout. It’s about showing up, putting in the work, and making fitness part of your life. Barry and Eric, thank you for being such an awesome part of The Training Room community! Here’s to the next milestone. At this rate, those 1,000 Club shirts might be right around the corner! 👀💪 #TheTrainingRoom #500Club #ConsistencyIsKey #FitnessCommunity #trainingroomnola

When my good friend @tomdom80 put out his own training program, it was a no brainer to snag that early access and get to work! This one is specifically “For The Dad’s”, but the moms are hopping on that train too, because we are in the same boat! I love how simple yet effective it is. In and out. Got a lot of injuries and nonsense going on with my body these days so I scaled and modified what I needed to. Day 1 - 1RM test - 195 back squat Back squats Sumo deadlifts Bulgarian Split Squat w/ 2 DBs in Farmers Hold (y’all don’t be making fun of my baby weights) GHD Hip Extensions** Weighted Plank Hold on Elbows** Suitcase Carry Until tomorrow 😎🤙🏻 #train #lift #work

ARE YOU PUSHING YOUR SLED THE RIGHT WAY? 🛷 Straight arms? Bent arms? Underarm Hook style? Believe it or not, changing your arm position can change how you approach a sled push. 💪 Straight Arms: Often useful for lighter loads, longer strides, and conditioning. 💪 Bent Arms: A compact position that can help you stay connected to the sled when pushing heavier loads. 💪 Underarm Hook Style: Some athletes use an underarm-hook technique to create a strong connection with the sled while taking short, powerful steps. But here’s what doesn’t change: Your legs are the engine. Your arms are the connection. There’s no single technique that’s best for everyone. Experiment with your position, understand your goal, and find what allows you to move the sled efficiently. Which technique do you prefer? 👇 #TheTrainingRoom #SledPush #FitnessEducation #CoachingTips

Who knew there’s so many folks who are done hiding their faith and ready to wear something that would start conversations about their faith? That’s what this whole thing is about. Equipping the gym rat who wants to get rid of lukewarm gear, and start wearing something that makes their faith undeniable. The disciplined witness. The ones who lead and love their families. MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: DARLENE Let’s give a huge shoutout to one of our longtime members, Darlene! Darlene has been part of The Training Room family for over 4 YEARS! She’s been with us almost since the very beginning, and in that time, she’s completed an incredible 849 CLASSES! That’s right, 849 classes! She’s blown past the 500 Club and is now making her way toward that HUGE 1,000-class milestone! If you’re a regular in our 8:30 AM class, chances are you know Darlene pretty well. Although she does like to make an appearance at some of our other class times every now and then! What makes this achievement so special isn’t just the number. It’s the consistency, dedication, and commitment to showing up year after year. That’s what TRAIN FOR MORE is all about! Next time you see Darlene, make sure to give her a big congratulations and let her know how proud you are of her, because we certainly are! Darlene, thank you for being such a big part of our community. We can’t wait to celebrate class number 1,000 with you! Maybe 2027 will be the year! Keep showing up. Keep putting in the work. Keep TRAINING FOR MORE!

Different ages. Different fitness levels. Same energy. Same community. Our 8:30 AM class was a perfect example of what The Training Room is all about! Today, we had members in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s all showing up, putting in the work, and having a great time doing it! From handstand push-ups to scaled variations, sled pushes, rowing, and farmer’s carries, everyone was challenged at their own level. And that’s exactly what we love to see! We believe fitness should challenge you, make you stronger, and most importantly, be FUN! Because if you’re not having fun while working out, what are you doing? No matter your age, experience, or fitness level, there’s a place for you here. Different ages. Different abilities. One community. TRAIN FOR MORE. #TheTrainingRoom #TrainForMore #CommunityFitness #FitnessForEveryone

ECHO BIKE SETUP & SCALING GUIDE Before we talk about scaling, let’s make sure we’re setting ourselves up for success! STEP 1: PROPER BIKE SETUP Getting your bike adjusted correctly can make a huge difference in your efficiency and performance! Seat Height: Start with the seat around hip height. Seat Position: Adjust the seat forward or backward so you have a slight forward torso lean while riding. Why It Matters: This position helps optimize your leg drive, allowing you to generate more power and move more efficiently! STEP 2: RUN → ECHO BIKE When substituting the Echo Bike for a run, we’re focusing on TIME, NOT DISTANCE! For example: * 400m Run = 2:00 on the Echo Bike The goal is to match the approximate time you would spend running to maintain the intended stimulus of the workout. STEP 3: ROW → ECHO BIKE When substituting the Echo Bike for rowing calories, we’re going to reduce the calorie target by 3. * Men: 15 Cal Row → 12 Cal Echo Bike * Women: 12 Cal Row → 9 Cal Echo Bike WHY DOES THIS MATTER? Scaling isn’t about making a workout easier. It’s about making sure we’re maintaining the intended stimulus while allowing everyone to train at the appropriate level. The goal is always to move efficiently, train with purpose, and get the most out of every workout! #TheTrainingRoom #EchoBike #WorkoutScaling #TrainSmarter #FunctionalFitness
