Tb to this cute Joshua & Jill photoshoot we did at Dokomi this year 🥹 This was the second time we cosplayed this duo and it was so much fun! Especially since we've both upgraded these cosplays since the first time we wore them together at the NY ren faire!

I already miss Dokomi, it was such a fun con (even as we were sweating like hell!) Hope to be back again there in a few years 🙏

"Maidros tall, whom after torment should befall, and Maglor the mighty, who like the sea with deep voice sings yet mournfully." ⚔️🪉

It's been a moment since Feanorianposting and we still have so many cool shots to share from this photoshoot! The Stockmann ruins were such a cool spot for photos and this scene in particular reminds me of Frodo's confrontation with the Nazgul on Weathertop... only the weather is a lot nicer 😂

Thanks to @kimsjopi for the photo! Maedhros is me, Maglor is @tomefaired

So Otakon was pretty awesome! It was great getting to see so many friends and meet some new people!! Had a blast goofing around with @aegisantics the whole time😁 Also highlight was def bonking Jesus as Edelgard—I saw him last year but could only get a selfie as I was by myself, but NOT AGAIN. And the Fire Emblem photoshoot of course! I love interacting with the FE community, it’s always a great time (thank you @raikkuno and @panthercos for saving my life with your fans I was DYING)

What is it that you seek, Your Grace? 🌱

---

I've wanted to post more photos of our FFXVI group shoot for a long time but my backlog for photos is currently so long that I haven't had the chance to drop them all yet - not to mention editing everything! But now here's finally a few Jote/Joshua duos me and @tomefaired took this summer 💕

Suomenlinna is the most magical photo location imaginable. It has old battlements, grassy hills that look like Hobbiton and endless ocean views. I can highly recommend it as a location for both casual visits and photoshoots for anyone coming to Helsinki, and it's just a short boat ride away from the city center!

The Three Reeds 🌿

---

Here's the first of the pair photos me and @tomefaired took as Jill and Joshua at Dokomi! It was so fun to cosplay this duo again after such a long time (the last time was back in 2024 at the NY ren faire) and this time with upgraded versions of these cosplays! Coincidentally we also found this perfect spot at the Nordpark which reminded us of the Three Reeds area in Final Fantasy XVI 😍 This really popped straight from the game!

Thanks also go to @daydream.creation who I was so happy to work with again after so many great photos at Hadescon 💗 These turned out amazing!

Happy 3rd anniversary, Final Fantasy XVI! 🐦‍🔥

---

Three years ago FFXVI came out and changed my life. I never expected this game to hit as hard as it did, but it became an instant favorite and affected so many fields of my life, including my cosplays, art and writing. It's connected me with so many new friends and brought me closer to old ones. And I'm so happy to see new people still connecting with it three years after it's come out!

This photo was taken at our group photoshoot in Suomenlinna at the beginning of June when @tomefaired was visiting Finland! @pahisman and @dynakata joined in and borrowed my cosplays and we had so much fun. I hope to do something like this again in the future 🩷

Maedhros and Maglor 🗡🪉

---

Have had an absolutely insane week with @tomefaired , consisting of Dokomi, Tolkien tage, two on-site photoshoots and finally Hypecon 😂 The last time I did this much cosplay in such a short time was probably Dragoncon and even though it's been exhausting it has also been a ton of fun 🩷

One of the highlights of the week was definitely this Silmarillion photoshoot together with @kimsjopi at the Stockmann ruins! The place had perfect elven vibes and we really managed to capture some of the magic of the Silmarillion. Can't wait to show you everything we cooked!
