Bit of an interior update on our Haverigg project! 🏡

The full rewire is pretty much complete … and it was definitely needed, as these were the worst electrics I’ve ever seen in a house 😂 Not quite sure how they hadn’t caught fire!

The lads have also been doing a cracking job with the plastering and joinery! 🔨

Just one more room left to board, and then fully ready for skimming.

The kitchen was delivered last week, so we’re looking forward to getting it fitted once the walls are finished and painted!

It’s coming along nicely now! 👏

Nice bit of exterior progress on our Fairfield Lane project! 🏡

A bit of deforestation in the back garden over the last few days, and the extension should be fully watertight over the next few weeks.

Looking forward to seeing how this one turns out once complete! 🔨

Want your capital working harder for you?

Private funding has become an important part of how we continue to grow our property portfolio, while giving our funding partners an agreed 10% per annum return.

We find the opportunities, manage the projects and do the work. For our funding partners, it’s completely hands-off.

A little insight above into how it all works 🤝

Interested or simply curious? Drop either of us a message.

Last week 60 @afpinetwork members took on Chester races. Great day, great weather and even better company.

Networking and spending time with your best mates is what it’s all about. Much better than standing in a large conference room with hundreds of people I’d say. Those days are gone, people want real life interaction with action takers in a fun environment.

Want to see what goes on at an AFPI Network event at the races, check the YouTube video, link in bio 👊🏽

The @afpinetwork events keep getting better and better🙌🏼

An unbelievable day out with 60 AFPI Network members who have now become good friends💙

If you want to reach your goals, surround yourself with ambitious, like minded individuals who’ve got your back!

I have a feeling Chester Races will become an annual event for AFPI Network members 👀
