Some rooms don’t need reinventing. They need listening to.

This is your first look at Crab Point, a waterfront home we reimagined room by room. Follow along, we’re just getting started.

Keep swiping to see where this one began.

The bones were always extraordinary. A soaring cathedral ceiling. A carved stone fireplace built to anchor a room this tall. But this one room was trying to be three at once. Living room. Bar. Billiard hall. Beautiful bones, working overtime.

So we kept what gives the room its soul. The ceiling. The fireplace. The architecture you don’t touch. Then we gave the bar and billiards a room of their own, opened up the heavy built-in wall beside the fireplace, and let this space become one thing, done well. A place to gather. Softer walls. Layered color. Furniture made to be lived in.

Same views. Same waterfront light. A whole new way to live in it.

INSIDE OUT.

Next week: the new bar and billiard room. Wait until you see what used to be on the ceiling.

Can’t wait? The full home is in our Linktree.

celebrating 9️⃣ years of this small, but mighty business of mine. While this past year may have been a bit more of a slow paced year, I am so proud of what was accomplished and what is on the horizon for this next year. Lots of fun shooting some very special projects, hoping to make their way to a newsstand soon - 3 published projects - kicked myself out of my home office into a real office - renovated the new office and now back to renovating our home - first big presentation in the new office - Design Destination London - collaborating with some incredible architects, builders, landscape architects and clients on multiple new projects - I can’t wait to see what this next year holds for my business ❤️
