Our first single “Like I Thought” will be out this Friday 8/18 on all streaming platforms. It was recorded by @ahrenfield (featured on bass) and @nick_sjostrom (featured on piano) with @jksonic on drums. It’s the first song on the new album and also happens to be Laura’s first original song she brought to the band as we were getting started. The theme of letting go is a thread that weaves through much of this record: “a leaf in the wind don’t get to choose her landing spot.”

You can pre-save and find out more at the link in our bio. “Marcescence” will be out in it’s entirety on 9/8. 🌾

Words can’t begin to express the overwhelming sense of joy and meaning that I felt, and continue to feel, after this weekend. Reconnecting with Pete, GR, Kell and Len, singing and playing the songs that have carried us over this last decade, was a true comfort. But even more so, and what I’m still feeling and processing, is the abundance of love and care and emotion that came from all of you, the fans, who traveled from far and wide to stand with us in this space. We love y’all more than we can ever say.

WxL Forever.

Hammer Down,
AB

PS - If I didn’t get a chance to say “Hi” or “Hammer Down” to you personally, this is it. I’ve got nothing but love for everyone who showed up on South Lamar this weekend. See y’all again soon.
