Picture this, at home you’re living with your four siblings and parents, after every meal no one cleans the dishes, there’s garbage everywhere, dirty dishes from last week still piled... Cockroaches and rats have stared moving in. Sooner than later that household will be rendered inhabitable and toxic.

This is exactly what happens when we litter. Just because that empty soda bottle you’ve disposed off carelessly doesn’t directly affect you, doesn’t mean it’ll not come back to bite you or someone you care about in the near future.

That plastic bag you’ve dropped on the street, or at the park, or at the beach will block the water ways, tangle the wings of sea birds, choke seals, warp shells of growing sea turtles.

The environment plays a pivotal role in the existence and growth of all living things on earth and most importantly to humankind’s daily lives. The very condition of it is important for the quality of life we as humans lead.

We should really take care of this one, it’s the only one we got❤️Clean up after yourselves, dispose off those plastic bags and bottles at the designated garbage points.

Last weekend was a successful initiative put together by @gumatt__ to cleanup the infamous Ngong Hills while enjoying the hike. S/o to the other nature lovers that came through and made it happen. @fitnessbymikey @travis_deejay @lorrah_ngine @candi_e_ @thetomorina @chivoti
