๐Ÿ‘‡ Schreibt mir eure Meinung in die Kommentare! #diy #alluminium #1 #new #awsome

Amana #46282-K is a 1/16โ€ณ Tapered Ball Nose designed for fine 2D and 3D carving. Its small cutting diameter captures crisp details and smooth contours in wood, MDF, sign foam and acrylic. We find it most useful with fine-detail 3D relief carvings. #3dart #cncrouter #cncmachine #woodworkingtools

Imposter syndrome is a son of a bitch. Multiple times, over the last two weeks, I had the internal conversation between myself and the client notifying them that we would not be able to complete this project on time. We did it Joe. I canโ€™t begin to express how grateful I am for all the help and support that I was able to tap into for this project. Thank you @shaunkillman, @artisticsignsnj, @fulldrawcarpentry and @njhllc for your continued support and guidance. 1 down, 2 more to go. Iโ€™m excited to see how we can improve on this one. Continued thanks and gratitude to my sponsors: @toolstoday & @vectricltd #dylanscandybar #maker #art #fabricate display

In a new YouTube video, we make a Spooky Skull Shaped Butler Tray on my @nextwavecnc CNC ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป https://youtu.be/lRHehPFVK7k?is=I2wVG1q10fRnZUoc I used a single piece of basic 3/4 inch pine, and used @toolstoday carving bits for the process. I even used my @toocaa_official laser to Engrave the details! ๐Ÿดโ€โ˜ ๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ป๐ŸŽƒ๐Ÿ‘ป๐Ÿดโ€โ˜ ๏ธ . . #ArtisanPirate #cnc #woodworking #skull #halloween

Clean results start with the right tooling. The Amana Tool #46415-K is a ยผโ€ณ, two-flute solid-carbide down-cut End Mill designed to push the material downward while cutting - helping reduce tear-out and chipping along the visible surface. It is a versatile choice for: ๐Ÿชต Plywood and veneered panels โ—ผ๏ธ MDF, melamine and laminate ๐Ÿ“ Grooves, dadoes and pockets โš™๏ธ Profile cuts where a clean top edge matters Its Spektraโ„ข coating also helps reduce heat and maintain a sharp cutting edge through demanding production work. #cncmachine #cncrouter #routerbits #woodworkingtools

New tooling day. Five Amana compression spirals โ€” the exact bit that cuts every panel of every ramp I build. Three-eighths, single pass through three-quarter birch, clean on both faces. Machine lands November 23rd. Then we start making sawdust. #skateramps #skateboarding #rollerblading #cnc #madeintexas
