day 3 of acro camp!! @dcacro @xtremeacro

exploring banquine/basket tosses and teepee arm balances!!

the category was gingerbreading lolll finding the power and navigating the brain rewiring with timers with stiffness in holding shape was quite the challenge!! I couldn’t believe just how many pieces I needed to consider when flying this first skill.

standing acro is definitely outside of my comfort zone, especially when im up this high. it was a good exercise in checking in with myself if the hesitation was an “unsafe-in-my-body” type no or just a new skill that would be safe but I needed to get my nervous system on the same page! I was happy to sus out the latter :)

thank you to the bases, spotters, and lines for keeping me safe!

also shoutout to @tootleyfit2 for doing the l-sit challenge with me!! that was such good prep for the hand balancing / core hollowing pieces!!!

“With great power comes great responsibility.” — Spider-Man.

I'm not saying Spiderman @tootleyfit2 can beat me in a fight, but I think I stand a better chance against him than against venom@logistic_copycat

@tootleyfit2 @trippynochill, we should really work out together and do the Spiderman workout plan.... cosplay workout someone quick write that down. I think I just created an idea
