Step inside the deeply personal A-frame home of indie-folk musicians Deena Robertson and Austin Bisnow (@topangaaframe), where vintage finds, sculptural lighting, and music come together in a soulful setting.

With sweeping views of Topanga Canyon, the home was designed to blur the boundaries between indoors and out, creating a retreat for living, making, and reconnecting with nature.

Find me in a cabin wearing a sweater with this song on and nothing but time - ideal day

Wondering when it’s actually going to get chilly outside. Any day now. Hoping. Wishing 😂

enjoyed a dreamy weekend in Topanga a couple weeks ago, filled with love and nourishing energy, colorful light in our eyes and dye on our hands, star charts providing us gentle insights—feeling her in the here and now and excited to welcome her earthside soon. Baby girl is almost here and we’re so grateful for our beautiful la village 💕🌻💚💫

A few favorite shots from the Before & After feature of our client @topangaaframe in @dwellmagazine

Every detail of this Topanga home renovation was intentional – skylights flooding handbuilt bathrooms, a zen den tucked into the crux of the A-frame, crushed crystals filling a cracked wood slab, and an underground wellness cave carved into the hillside. Owners, Austin and Deena, designed the home around calming the nervous system, and built it almost entirely by hand.

Even better that its bookable on @airbnb

Thank you @kellydawsonwrites for the beautiful article 🤍

NEW MOON IN TAURUS MAY 16 ✶

A reset centered around stability, value, and the body.

We’re slowing down, meditating on what stability looks like for us. Turning down the noise of outside influence, shoulds or should-nots. Taking our time with decisions, reflecting on finances, support systems, and self worth. Setting intentions that can actually sustain us over the next six months. Moving slowly, in our own lane. There’s no rush. Wearing pieces that feel sensual, and real. Working with rituals and routines that recharge our nervous system so we make moves from a place of abundance and love.

✶ WEAR ✶
Yellow Gold for self worth. Copper for tenderness.
Green aventurine for abundance. Agate for stability. Malachite for transformation.

✶ RITUAL ✶
Before getting dressed, hold a piece of jewelry in your hands and ask yourself:

What am I ready to build slowly and consistently?

Wear that intention close to the body all week long.

TOPANGA, my new home 🏠❤️ You’re all invited to my official moving-to-Topanga party on March 21st at @created.by.sound at @ourbutterflymountain, where I will be sprinkling some music magic 💫 and dancing with my people to amplify the energies of this equinox.

@mosemusica will also be sharing a DJ set, and you may have seen us throwing down some alchemical sound codes a few weeks ago at @livechozen . Perhaps he will invite me to sing again 🤗🧚🏾.

You can also find my friends sharing their music @sistersoftheonedrum , @monsterluna , @divasonic , @heatherchristie.love , @aylanereo and more. Come dance and usher in this new chapter with me as I make my new home in the Canyon 🥰🤗☀️🧚🏾

Beyond elated to embrace all my people 🙏🏾
