🤦🏼‍♀️Sometimes I think I'm reluctant to prescribe things without scientific backing but we need to remind ourselves that without experimentation and trial and error, there would be no research on these topics.

👌No matter how bizarre exercises may seem (and trust me, walking back into a commercial gym showcases a plethora of them), I am challenging myself - and you - to ask ourselves in what scenarios may this exercise be of benefit?
