illness may be chronic, but baby I'm iconic ✌️
for mission driven brands who give a damn & the real women who want a life that feels like their own ↓

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The way my team works is the same way I teach you to live.

We’re a small team of women with full lives and limited hours, and we built The Pink Bee around that on purpose. Five values hold it together.

💖 Productive means focused work that moves the mission forward. Busy has never earned anyone a gold star here.

💖 Resilient means knowing your capacity and asking for help before you hit the wall.

💖 Authentic means showing up as a real woman living a real life, and every idea gets heard.

💖 High standards means care, carried all the way through. We answer every student like we’d answer a friend.

💖 Positive attitude means room for every feeling, and we still choose lightness.

The grace we teach our students has to live inside our team first. If it doesn’t work for us, I have no business teaching it to you. Drop a 🐝 if you’d love to work on a team like this!

If you need to re-engage someone…

REPLY TO THEIR STORY.

😌 No really, it’s that simple.

Think about how many times a day you open a text, an email, a DM...and forget to answer it.

🤷‍♀️ Look, we’ve all got lives. Busy isn’t always a cop-out. Sometimes it’s just a fact of life.

So let’s say you sent someone a message on Thursday.

Now it’s Monday. They left you on read.

👉 Head to their story.

Respond. React. Whatever you want to do. Don’t overthink it.

And you know what happens 99% of the time?

🤯 THEY RESPOND TO YOUR LAST MESSAGE!

Why does this work?

💬 You’ve now bumped your conversation to the top of your inbox. They’ll see the convo you were having before. And boom - you pick right up where you left off.

Starting conversations doesn’t have to be awkward or hard.

🪩 Now get out there and go re-ignite those “dead” DMs!

⬇️ Give it a go today and LMK how this works out for you!

(And if you don’t want to do it on your own, you can outsource to us for the summer and get $100 off each month for the ENTIRE length of your contract if you book by Friday!)

Tuesday Tip Time 🕰️
Let’s make social media social again. If the 12 hours TikTok went dark taught us anything, it’s that people crave genuine connection. Whether we’re watching someone cook dinner, tidy up their home, or showcase a small business—viewers want to see real life, not a staged show.

But somewhere along the way, we slipped into “performance mode” and lost that authentic spark. If you’re struggling to grow as a creator or small business, maybe it’s time to go back to the basics of engagement—nurturing real relationships, sharing relatable moments, and dropping the façade.

Here are three social media pros who embody this approach and can help you shine in 2025 (and beyond!)

🍹 @shannonmckinstrie
She’s been rocking social media for what feels like forever. From fun foods and cool drinks to her love of ‘90s music, Shannon brings us into her life. (Fun fact: she met her husband in a Vegas pool!) Her time-tested strategies will help you either level up your social game or see that it’s time to outsource so you can focus on what you love.

💃🏼 @emily_schwalbach
As a business owner with ADHD, Emily knows how to help fellow entrepreneurs prioritize what really matters. She and Shannon bonded over music and show how important it is to find your people and share your unique story.

🌅 @toriehelsel_
An Engagement Specialist living with chronic illness, Torie helps entrepreneurs balance business, life, and health. Her EASE framework is a game-changer, ensuring your content aligns with your energy levels so you don’t burn out.

If you’re tired of the endless cycle of posting, engaging, and trying to be everything on all the platforms, 2025 can be your breakthrough year. Let’s craft content and copy that truly connects—without the exhaustion.

Does any of this sound like you? What do you want to accomplish (with your business) in 2025? Share below—let’s make it the best year 🫶🏻

In honor of her new album, can we talk about how Taylor Swift is basically a business genius is glittery boots?

From her ‘Fearless’ evolution to ‘Speak Now’ relationship-building, all the way to the ‘1989’ glow-up, she’s schooling us on how to own our stories and embrace change.

Just like T-Swift’s iconic albums, we go through our own ‘eras’ in business. I’ve been through a few myself, and I know my friend @torie.social has been through a bunch too!

So let us spill the tea : It’s A-OK if you’re not where someone else is at. Your path? That’s all yours, baby, no comparisons needed!

And if you’re itching to hit the ‘reset’ button on your biz, let Tay be your guide. Your success is your very own ‘hit single,’ and trust us, it’s a classic that’s never going out of style.

✨Tag your Swiftie bestie who gets it, and share what ‘era’ your business is rockin’ right now. ✨

Ready to create your own ‘Taylor’s Version’? Hit us up, and let’s make some magic!

Wishing / manifesting DOES NOT create success 🙅‍♀️

Harsh but… that’s the reality. You have to WORK for change. And by work I mean, REALLY fucking hard.

I see a lot of complaining and complacency out there. The whole “they’re so lucky” energy is a bunch of BS 💩. Maybe they do have a different circumstance than you — hey maybe they started from somewhere else. So what??? What are YOU doing to change where YOU’RE at?

99% of the female founders that are my mentors and inspire me DAILY did it from the ground up. It’s not luck 🍀 . It’s MASSIVE, STRATEGIC AF action. It’s a willingness to get uncomfortable and fail. It’s a willingness to get up and try again. To invest and learn and grow and change. It’s all of it, and none of it is easy or simple.

Who feels me on this?? 👇👇👇

As a social media manager collaborating with numerous businesses, I’ve noticed that we seldom receive acknowledgment or praise for the great work we do. I want to break that cycle and take a moment to express my admiration for your dedication and hard work. As a fellow business owner, I’m proud of you and all that you have accomplished. Keep up the amazing work, your efforts are truly appreciated and recognized. Keep shining!
