FIRST ONE FOR MY PEOPLE #GODDESSESOFSTEEL

I honestly don’t even have the words for these humans and this isn’t even all of them but truly God has put this sport and these people in my life to show me what true joy, love, support, grace, grit, determination, and kindness is in this bleak world.

Endlessly grateful
Endlessly proud
Endlessly honored

PLU GODDESSES OF STEEL ⚔️

Yesterday was beautiful. Everything happens for a reason. There’s a lot to cover, but I’ve got a 4.5 hour drive between me and my home which is a lot of time to process just how special yesterday was. For now, 20 images is to tease at what’s to come. Cause I’ve got a lot of images to sort through 🤙🏼

Here are a few things that we did in the clinic to help Tiff get back to squatting heavy again without back pain!
