10 years ago today at 5am, while watching a movie in my dorm, you asked me to be your girlfriend.

Since then, we’ve shared so many life changes — long distance, moving across states, even a whole pandemic. Through it all, we prevailed and our love only got stronger. I’ve always enjoyed your company no matter where we are or what we’re doing.

And now, on our 10 year anniversary at sunrise, you asked me to be your wife.

I love you and will continue to love you to the end of time, Daniel Arthur! 💍❤️ #engaged #10years #tindersuccessstory taken in Oak Island, North Carolina by @tornadotiff

I’m a huge hater of SkinnyTok…

… And for all the right reasons.
Being very skinny comes with many health risks, such as osteoporosis, thin hair, and lack of a menstrual cycle.
For years I wanted to be skinny: to keep my exposed hip bones, ribs, and my thigh gap. But one day I said “fk that” and started the transformation into a stronger version of myself.
I’m 155 lbs now but I don’t feel fat like SkinnyTok thinks; I’m in the best shape of my life with a healthy relationship with food and lifting far more than I could ever imagine.
Have your carbs.
Eat your protein.
Do weight bearing exercises.
And say no to skinny culture.
