❤️ We visited the @coachellavalleyrescuemission (CVRM) alongside our legal partners, The @hartunianlawfirm , to learn about how the mission began, the incredible work they do, and how they continue to change lives throughout our Valley. We also learned about an opportunity to leave a lasting mark on the community. For a $500 donation, individuals and businesses can have their name or business name engraved on a paver, helping support CVRM’s mission and the people they serve. We’re grateful for the opportunity to give back and shine a light on organizations making a real difference in the Coachella Valley. 🙏🏽❤️

La responsabilidad no debe terminar en la junta escolar. Cuando nuestra comunidad exige respuestas, quienes ocupan posiciones de poder tienen la responsabilidad de escuchar. Eso incluye a los legisladores estatales que tienen un papel en el proceso para que una auditoría pueda avanzar. El mensaje es claro: sigan haciendo preguntas. Sigan alzando la voz. Sigan exigiendo transparencia. Y para la junta de CVUSD: si no hay nada que ocultar, ¿por qué no permitir una auditoría? La comunidad tiene el poder de exigir algo mejor. La lucha por la transparencia no termina después de una reunión o de un voto. Mientras queden preguntas sin responder, nuestra comunidad tiene todo el derecho de seguir preguntando.
