This is Bloom!! 🌸💕

A beautiful room FULL of women who came together as individuals… and left feeling a little more connected to themselves, to one another, and to something bigger. 🥰

There was reflection.
There was growth.
There was laughter.
There was deep, vulnerable sharing.
There were moments that made us stop, think, feel and see ourselves a little differently.

And Kim Fitzpatrick — what a gift her facilitation was. Her stories, her energy, her wisdom and the questions she invited us to sit with created the kind of space where the real work could happen.

But the magic of Bloom has never been about one person.

It’s about the reciprocity in the room.

What one woman shares gives another woman permission to share.
One story sparks another.
One moment of courage creates another.
And suddenly, we’re not just sitting beside each other — we’re truly connecting.

And what a beautiful setting to do it in. Langdon Hall gave us the backdrop, but the women in the room created the experience.

This is what we’re building.

A community that continues to expand.
A community where there is no “you belong if…”
A community where everyone is welcome.
A community where you can show up exactly as you are, take off the armour, do the inner work, and still be held by the collective.

Bloom is growing.

And honestly, being part of this community taking shape — seeing women find their people, their voice, their courage and their sense of belonging — is one of the most beautiful parts of it all.

September held a lot. The whole spectrum of emotions.

We celebrated our 33rd anniversary and 40 years together right before @brad.vanw went to Greece to compete at the Masters World Weightlifting Championships where he earned a silver medal. So freaking proud of him!!

I attended the Level 2 Training Immersion with @lumina.legacy I’ve been deep in the process of completing my PCC Certification through ICF (International Coaches Federation). More to come on that.

I had lots of medical appointments and we finally have a plan and I feel heard. This brought up a lot of emotions and another reminder about holding the duality…hello capacity.

We wrapped up September in the OUTSPOKEN Master Practitioner Immersion. Watching these women facilitate Breakthrough Days, connect, collaborate and learn more about themselves lights me up. It is the work I know I am here to do.

Thank you September for teaching me that I can hold more than I believed was possible. And that’s the foundation for growth.

We’re still on the heels of our first immersion with our founding Lumina Level 2 cohort, and there is so much energy from those three days that we’re still taking in. 🎉

Twenty-six coaches, back together after beginning this journey in January, now deepening their professional coaching practice toward PCC-level coaching.

And you could feel the difference in the room.

The depth of the coaching. The discernment. The presence. The flow of the conversations allowing so much to be heard and shared. The confidence to stay with silence, follow what is emerging, challenge when needed and deepen into the WHO alongside the WHAT.

And then there was the connection.

The laughter. The conversations between sessions. The ease of being back together. The genuine excitement to sit across from one another and coach face-to-face again. The friendships. The community. The connection.

This is what we are creating at Lumina.

connection. Immersive experiences. Deeply connected coaching. A place where coaches and leaders develop their craft while building a professional community where they can continue practicing, learning, being challenged and growing alongside one another.

Because coaching is a practice. And the deeper you go, the more nuanced it becomes.

What do you notice? What do you follow? What do you leave alone? When do you ask the question, and when do you trust the silence?

That is discernment. And that is so much of the work we are exploring in Level 2.

We can say a lot about what is being built here, and so can our founding cohort.

These are incredible leaders continuing to deepen their coaching, build their businesses, expand the way they lead and illuminate what is possible through this profession. You’ll hear some of their experiences in their own words throughout this reel.

There is so much more ahead.

Our next Level 1 cohort begins January 2027, and enrollment is officially open. We are so excited to welcome the next group of coaches and leaders into this community.

Welcome to expansion…
And maybe even more than that, welcome to the depth that comes with it. this first picture and the last one. 🥹

You know those experiences that viscerally change you?
The ability for even deeper connection. The presence you learn to hold. The people that you deeply know. The moments where you look around and realize how much has changed, including you.

Last weekend was one of those moments.

We welcomed our founding students back for Level 2 at @lumina.legacy . I held our 500+ page manual in my hands after hundreds of hours of writing, learning, questioning, refining and creating for the first time 12 hours before we started teaching it all.

And I looked around the room at people we’ve had the privilege of working alongside for the last nine months.

We’ve witnessed so much change. Personally. Professionally. In their leadership. And especially in how they coach, and WHO THEY have become and are becoming.

The way they listen. Trust silence. Stay present. Ask deeper questions. Hold space for another human being without needing to lead them somewhere.

Watching someone move from learning coaching to really holding coaching is incredible. Coaching changes you.

And somewhere in that process, the coach changes too.

We get to bear witness. To our clients. To our students. To each other. And if we’re truly wanting to be professional coaches, we are paying attention, to ourselves.

Coaching changes the coach. Teaching changes the teacher. Leadership changes the leader.

Building Lumina has changed me. Fully and wholly. In all aspects.

I know the woman who started building this and what she has had to learn, unlearn, question and stretch into along the way.

I’m proud of her. And I’m proud of us.

Our team. The people who believed in this vision and brought their own brilliance to expand it. Our students who trusted us with their education and then did the work themselves.

That’s what I see in these photos.

Connection. Friendship. Coaching. Laughter. Tears. Growth. And a whole lot of knowing you🔥

With 97 days left in this year, that’s the question I’m carrying forward: Who are you becoming through all of it?

At Lumina Legacy, coach education goes beyond learning the skills and competencies of coaching.
