Imagine walking into a room where the conversations expand your vision of what’s possible.

Where strangers become lifelong connections.

Where the dreams you’ve been quietly holding suddenly feel closer than ever.

And somewhere between the laughter, the goosebumps, and the moments that move you…

You realize just how much more is available to you.

More possibility.

More of the life you’ve been imagining.

More of YOU.

Because the right room can change the trajectory of your entire life.

And this November, we’re creating THAT room.

HEART-WIRED CEO LIVE 2026. ❤️‍🔥

November 6–8.

What if the next chapter of your life requires MORE nourishment, not less?

I’ve spent decades watching women try to make themselves smaller.

They think: I’ll eat less.
Less carbohydrate.
Less fat.
Fewer calories.
Less space taken up in the world.

Been there done that!
Somewhere along the way, in all the shrinking behaviours, many begin to believe that eating less is the answer to feeling better.

Here’s what I’ve learned.

A woman in midlife needs nourishment for the life she still wants to live. There is so much more for her!

Protein to support her muscles.
Plants and fibre to nourish her gut.
Healthy fats and sufficient energy to support her body’s needs.
Movement that builds strength.
Sleep that allows recovery.
And something else.

Friendship. Purpose. Curiosity. Connection. The freedom to keep growing. The beautiful joys of a purposeful life!

Nourishment isn’t only about what’s on your plate.

It’s about everything that helps you become stronger, healthier, and more fully yourself.

When I founded Eat Clean®, I wanted women to understand the power of real food.

I still believe in that power.
But today, my work asks a bigger question:
What are you nourishing yourself FOR?
A stronger body?
A new adventure?
A different chapter?
A life that finally makes room for you?

I’d love to know.
What part of your life needs more nourishment right now?

Can you feel incredibly grateful and deeply emotional at the same time?

Because that pretty much sums up my Thanksgiving weekend.

What a swirl of emotions!

There was so much love. So much nourishment. Beautiful food, friends, family, laughter, little moments of connection, and the delicious chaos of being together.

And there was longing, too.

I missed having all four of my girls together. There’s something about being a mother that makes you acutely aware of who’s at the table. You can be surrounded by abundance and still feel the space where someone you love should be.

Both feelings can exist at once.

And then, because apparently the weekend needed another plot twist, I ran a 5K road race.
Without having trained for it.
And WON my category! 🥇
WHAT?!

I laughed. I surprised myself. And I was reminded of something I’ve spent decades teaching:

The work you do consistently prepares you for things you never saw coming.
All those years of strength training, eating well, moving my body, and showing up for my health had given me something I could call upon when I needed it.

But I think the weekend taught me something even bigger.

Life isn’t about eliminating the difficult feelings so we can enjoy the good ones.
It’s about learning to hold all of it - the messy and the easy.

The family gathered around us and the people we wish were there.

At this age I’m discovering that becoming stronger isn’t always a reflection of what I can lift, how fast I can run, or what I can accomplish.

Sometimes it’s about how much life I can hold in my heart without closing it.

And perhaps that’s what this Thanksgiving was really about, at least for me.

Being grateful for what is, while making room for what isn’t.

I’m curious. Did this Thanksgiving bring up a mixture of emotions for you, too?
Because I suspect I’m not alone in this.
❤️ Tosca

Some days, becoming the woman you’re meant to be looks nothing like you imagined.

Today looked like functional fitness, studying for my ACC coaching exam, time with my grandson, and working with my storytelling coach to revisit pieces of my life and the story I want to tell.

I even cried a little.

It wasn’t that anything was wrong. But because sometimes, when you revisit your life and begin putting words to the experiences that shaped you, you feel things all over again. And sometimes, you discover meaning you weren’t quite ready to see before. Cue the tears.

I’m learning that growth doesn’t always need to be about pushing harder, doing more, or proving something.

Sometimes it’s about being willing to look at your life honestly. To keep learning. To let yourself feel. To love the people in front of you.

And then to recognize when you’ve done enough for one day.

Tonight, I’m resting. Tomorrow, I’m running a Thanksgiving Turkey Trot with my family. And no, running isn’t exactly my usual thing!

But I don’t have to be good at everything I just need to being willing to show up.

We’re never finished becoming.

And sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do is give ourselves permission to pause, take a breath, and enjoy the life we’re building.

Happy Thanksgiving weekend to my Canadian friends. May you find a little time to nourish yourself, too. 🦃 🎃 🍂

Hiiii! I have a question for the women here.

And I don’t mean what are you hungry for for dinner.

What are you hungry for in your life right now?

Maybe more energy?
More strength?
More confidence?
More peace?
More adventure?
More connection?
More of yourself?

I’ve spent most of my career talking about nourishment through food.

But the longer I do this work, the more I understand that nourishment is bigger than what’s on our plates.

Sometimes we are hungry for something we haven’t even given ourselves permission to name.

So name it now.

Finish this sentence in the comments:
Right now, I’m hungry for __________. by @toscareno

Can I ask you something?

If nothing changed in the next 12 months, would you be okay with that?

I’m not asking “is your life bad.” Just: is it the one you deeply want?

The women I coach rarely arrive because something is broken.

From the outside, everything looks fine.

Inside however, something has gone quiet.

Swipe, then tell me where you are right now: 1, 2, or 3.

No judgment. I read every answer. 💛 by @toscareno

I can usually tell when a woman has been undernourishing herself.

And I’m not talking about starvation.
I’m talking about women who have spent years trying to eat less.

Less food.
Less carbohydrate.
Less fat.
Fewer calories.
Less of everything.

Then they come to me wondering why they don’t feel strong, energetic or at home in their bodies.

And one of the first things I do?
I guide them in nourishment.

Foods that deeply nourish.

I’ve spent decades working in nutrition, and I deeply believe this:

Clean nutrition changes women.
Because nourishment gives you the raw materials to become stronger.

This is the foundation of Eat Clean®.
And it is still the root of my work today. by @toscareno

Protein at breakfast.

Breakfast sets the tone and most of us don’t get enough of it.

Women in midlife - I’m talking to you.

Protein is your keystone macro.

My target is 20-25 grams of protein.

With clean fat and carbs, that kind of nourishment sustains energy and creates a lean body. Add some movement and you’re done.

SAVE THIS POST. Tomorrow I’ll show you another high protein breakfast option. by @toscareno

I have no interest in going backward. Do you?

I’ve spent decades helping women change their bodies through nutrition and exercise.

But I’ve come to understand something bigger.

A woman doesn’t simply need another diet.

She doesn’t need to spend the second half of her life trying to recreate the woman she was at 30, 40 or even 50.

She needs to become. Herself.

To nourish the body she has now.

She needs to build muscle.

To reclaim her energy.

And decide what she wants.

And while we’re at it, she needs to stop disappearing from her own life.

Everything she’s lived through is fuel for what comes next.

That’s the work I’m interested in now.

Nutrition. Strength. Identity.

I’m going to spend the next 20 days talking about what it means to become stronger—not smaller—in the second half of life.

If you’re a woman 50+ who knows she’s not finished, follow me.

We’re going somewhere.

I thought I knew my story. Turns out, I only knew how to live it.

Today, I’m learning how to tell it.

There’s a difference.

I’ve spent decades living through chapters that shaped me — reinvention, success, loss, starting over, building again, becoming again.

I’ve written books.
I’ve stood on stages.
I’ve taught thousands of women.

But learning how to take the experiences of a lifetime and tell them in a way that makes someone else see their own life differently?

That is another skill entirely.

Today I’m a student of my own story.

I find this exciting because I’m beginning to understand that some of the things we survive, build, lose, learn and become aren’t meant to stay tucked away inside us.

They become useful when we give them a voice.

In my head and heart I’m now saying:

Tell the story, Tosca.
All of it.
And let it do some good.

I have a feeling you’re going to be hearing more of it.

Stories are personal and powerful.

What part of my story would you want me to tell? by @toscareno

I think I’ve finally earned the right to raise a glass to myself.

And that’s not something I would always have been comfortable saying.

But I am now.

I’ve been doing this work for decades. I’ve written the books, built the Eat Clean movement, coached women, studied nutrition and training, and lived through enough reinventions of my own to know that changing your body is only part of the story.

Because eventually, the conversation becomes bigger than food.

It becomes: Who am I now?

What do I want this next part of my life to look like?

And am I willing to do what it takes to become her?

That’s the work I’m most interested in today.

Yes, I want women strong. I want them well nourished. I want them lifting weights, eating real food and taking care of the bodies that have carried them this far.

But I also want them to stop believing that their most interesting years are behind them.

I certainly don’t believe mine are.

At 67, I’m still learning. Still studying. Still becoming a better coach. Still building things that scare me a little and sometimes a lot. Still imagining a bigger life.

That’s what I’m celebrating here.

Becoming.

So, cheers to me. 🥂🥂

I’m proud of the woman I’ve become.

And I’m very curious about the woman who’s coming next. by @toscareno
