Happy National Coaches Day! 💗 Eight+ years ago, I said yes to becoming a coach just six weeks into my own health journey. I thought I was signing up to help other people. What I didn’t realize was how many incredible coaches would help shape ME along the way. These photos represent different seasons, different teams, different friendships and a whole lot of memories. Some have encouraged me, some have challenged me, some have taught me, some have picked me up when I needed it—and so many have simply walked beside me and made the journey more fun. ❤️ Not everyone pictured is still coaching, and there are certainly people who aren’t pictured who have impacted my journey too. But each has been part of my story. I’ve learned that coaches need coaches too. So today, I’m celebrating all of you—the mentors, encouragers, cheerleaders, truth-tellers, friends and fellow coaches I’ve met along the way. Thank you for pouring into me, believing in me and helping me grow. No one does this journey alone. And I’m so grateful I haven’t had to. 💗 Happy National Coaches Day to all the amazing coaches who have been part of my journey! 🥰 And yes… after putting 8+ years of pictures together, I’m feeling a little Brand New. 🎶💕

“Laughter is the best medicine.” I didn’t realize how badly I needed it until this weekend. Eight years ago, I never imagined this health journey would give me a family. Over the last four days, I laughed harder than I have in a very long time with women who have become my sisters. The truth is, it’s been a hard year. For all of us. Think of one of life’s worst nightmares… chances are someone on our team has lived it this year. Grief. Loss. Heartbreak. And yet, we all showed up. 💔❤️‍🩹❤️ We didn’t have to pretend we were okay. We could laugh, cry, hug, and simply be. We held space for one another, and somewhere in the middle of all that, hope found us again. Our name may be changing from Optavia to TRILIVY, but what brought us here hasn’t changed. We still believe in COMMUNITY, in hope. We still believe in health. And we still believe no one should have to walk through life’s hardest seasons alone. I came home with a full heart, renewed purpose, and sore cheeks from laughing. Sometimes the best medicine isn’t found in a bottle. Sometimes it’s found in the people who remind you how to laugh again. ❤️

There was a season when I thought I was finally finding my footing again after losing my sister. I was pouring more of myself back into coaching, looking ahead with hope… and then Ray died. It was a lot. For the first time in eight years, I made the difficult decision not to actively take on new clients. I never stopped coaching the people I had, but I knew I couldn’t give someone new the energy, focus, and heart they deserved. They deserved my best, not just what I had left. So I gave myself permission to grieve. I kept showing up and sometimes fighting for my own health. I leaned into healing. I rediscovered my purpose. And little by little, I found myself again. A year later, I made a promise to myself: when I knew I had the capacity to give new clients everything I had, I’d be ready. This weekend confirmed it. I’m back… and I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been more excited about what we’re bringing to people. If you’ve been waiting for a sign to reset your health, to focus on metabolic health instead of chasing another diet, or to simply start over without guilt… this might be it. I’m so grateful I chose to show up for me… because now I get to show up for you. Who’s ready for their reset? 💙

For the last 8 years, I’ve had the privilege to help others experience transformations they never thought possible. ❤️ When I first started coaching, my goal was simple… I wanted to continue to lose weight myself and help a few other people do the same. Well… that happened. 🙌🏼 and then some. But weight loss is just the beginning. Over the years, my passion has grown into helping people improve their health, regain their energy, build confidence, and create a life they can truly enjoy. Today, I’m so excited to introduce the next chapter… ✨ Welcome to TRILIVY. ✨ This isn’t just a new name. It’s a new era of health. I asked chat GPT his understanding of the business and name change and I wanted to share what he said “This is the direction you’ve believed in all along. The name may be changing, but your mission hasn’t. You’ve always wanted to help people become healthier from the inside out.” The company is moving beyond simply watching the scale go down. I love that science is leading the way & we’re focusing on targeted fat loss, metabolic health, strength, and creating healthy habits that actually last. Trilivy is built for the everyday American… not bodybuilders or elite athletes. It’s for busy moms and dads. Grandparents. Professionals. Everyday people who simply want a plan that’s affordable, simple to follow, and fits into real life. Because lasting health shouldn’t be complicated. My mission has never changed… To help as many people as possible take back their health. The science has evolved. The programs have evolved. The vision has grown. And after 8 years of coaching, I truly believe the best is still ahead. If you’ve been waiting for the right time to put your health first… this might just be it. And if you’re someone who has ever dreamed of helping others while creating an additional income doing meaningful work, I’d love to share that opportunity with you too. Coaching has completely changed my life, and I never apologize for inviting others to see what’s possible. I simply want to see more people WIN. ❤️ Who’s excited to learn more about TRILIVY? 🙌🏼👇🏼

There’s something special about being in the room with people who just get it. Today I have the privilege of spending time with two incredible nurses and longtime coaching friends, Tori and Lauren. We’ve been on this journey together for years, and it’s always energizing to reconnect with people who share the same vision and the same mission. As nurses, we’ve always been called to care for others. Coaching has simply allowed us to take that passion beyond the bedside, helping people build healthier habits, improve their metabolic health, and create lasting change before chronic disease takes hold. Being in the room with Tori and Lauren reminded me that this mission is so much bigger than any one of us. We show up, encourage one another, and invite others to join us in creating a healthier future. I’m grateful for these friendships, the shared purpose, and the opportunity to lock arms with people who are just as passionate about changing lives. Here’s to showing up, serving others, and continuing to help more people discover what’s possible. Together. 💙💕 #nurseswhocare #coachingnurses #hopedealers #hopedealers #metabolichealth

Happy Nurses Week! My mom and my sisters are/were nurses😍 When I graduated from nursing school in 1991, I could never have imagined how much this profession would shape my life. Nursing has been more than a career for me — it has been a calling, a purpose, and one of the greatest blessings of my life. Over the years, nursing has allowed me to care for people during some of their hardest moments, celebrate recoveries, comfort families, and make a real difference every single day. It has taught me resilience, compassion, patience, and strength I didn’t know I had. Nursing has also opened doors for growth, lifelong friendships, leadership opportunities, and the privilege of helping others improve their health and quality of life. So much has changed in nursing since 1991. When I started, charting was done on paper, medication records were handwritten, and we relied heavily on face-to-face communication and clinical instincts without the technology we have today. There were no electronic medical records, smart pumps, portable computers, or instant access to information at our fingertips. Today’s nurses work in a world of advanced technology, electronic documentation, telehealth, evidence-based practice, and constantly evolving healthcare systems. The pace is faster, the patients are often sicker, and the expectations are higher than ever before. Nursing has become more specialized, more technical, and more complex in many ways. But despite all the changes, the heart of nursing remains the same. Patients still need compassion. Families still need reassurance. And nurses still show up every day to care, advocate, comfort, and heal. Opportunities to use my nursing Peds BMT, oncology, trauma, burn center, leadership, PICU, cancer camp nurse, nurse in Haiti after earthquake, public health during pandemic, school nurse, infection control, health coach. I’m grateful for every lesson, every patient, every coworker, and every chapter this profession has given me. Nursing has been good to me, and after all these years, I’m still proud to call myself a nurse. 💙 #happynursesweek #happynursesweek2026

My POV Has your “give a damn” been broken… or just temporarily out of order? Mine has. The holidays hit harder than I expected. Not just missing my honey… but my sister… my parents. It made me realize I’ve been creating new norms for so many loses, almost 10 years now. That’s a lot of rebuilding. A lot of redefining. And if I’m honest? I ate sugar. I was “optimizing.” The scale fluctuated. My clothes fluctuated. In January, everyone was fired up about metabolic health. My heart wasn’t in it. I was preparing for a cruise. Some self-proclaimed leaders started “should-ing” all over the place… and I let it push my buttons and in my head I said ✌️out, not to health but to a challenge on someone else’s timeline. But here’s what yesterday’s chat GPT challenge reminded me: Most of the leaders I look up to have NOT lived metabolic health the way I have for the last 7.5 years. Even with fluctuations, I’ve still lost nearly 200 pounds. I’ve maintained more than most people ever attempt to lose. And as a vegetarian, my visceral fat markers are solidly HEALTHY. So why was I letting noise mess with my mind? It’s almost March. And it’s time to repair my give a damn. Not because anyone told me to. Not because it’s trendy. Not because I need dramatic change. Because my clothes still fit (snugly) Because my metabolic numbers trended opposite of where I wanted. Because I feel inflammation from sugar. Because I want to run a 30-day experiment - my own science reaction to my plan. Day 1. All the tools. (iykyk) Yes, I’m a coach. Yes, I love helping people. But hear me clearly: It is NOT my goal to drag masses of people anywhere. My goal is to help people who want to help themselves. I can guide. I can support. I can teach. But I’m only pulling one person toward the next goal - me. Life keeps lifing. It’s easy to get stuck. It’s exhausting trying to pull people who aren’t ready. So I’m choosing alignment over convincing. My why? A reunion. Another cruise. Showing what’s possible. My “what’s next” after so much loss. Nothing dramatic. Just consistent. I’m helping myself. If that inspires you and you want to help yourself too… let’s go.
