Sorry @tour_guide_teddy but @bennett_grumbach just broke your single game three point record‼️

Bennett Grumbach scores 35 and hits 10 threes in a single game to set the new StFX record for three pointers made in a game.

Shooters shoot‼️

Meet Christian Upshaw - better known as T-Bear!
As a former Resident of Mulgrave Park, located in Halifax, Nova Scotia; T-Bear has come along way from the neighbourhood he once called home. From playing basketball for St. Fx University, to being a member of Team Canada, and now hiking the Canadian Rockies in Western Canada and most importantly, dawning the new title of Dad.
Here’s a few words from his journey!

Hybrid training 🤯🏋️‍♂️🏃

1500lbs sled for 15 feet 👣 & a SUB 19 5KM run later that day !

Pushing almost 8x my own Body weight 👀

Tag 🏷, Send 📲 & comment how long do you think it took me to move it 15 feet❓

Adaptation 📈 comes from your pushing the limits, not staying within them🤷‍♂️
