I found a little house near Hudson, New York… and spent the afternoon imagining what it could become. 🤍

You know me. I’ve already decorated every room. 😂

Keeping its character, adding some bohemian soul, and picturing coffee on that front porch.

The design vision is mine, with a little help from AI to show you what’s happening in my head. These are the listing photos alongside how I imagine each space could look.

Just dreaming for now… God willing. 🙏

@thesaltlineatvassar in the @theheartwoodatvassar hotel is a great addition to the Poughkeepsie restaurant scene. They offer an approachable but curated menu with creative dishes. I appreciate that they indicate what’s gluten free throughout the menu and there were several unique offerings that you can’t typically get gluten free. The Panisse were fried to perfection and I loved that their take on the Caesar salad uses GF breadcrumbs!

Most of the entrees were available gluten free as well. We enjoyed a pork chop and branzino that were flavorful and the portions were generous. There was a gluten free pot de crème available for dessert too!

The Salt Line is definitely a nice date night option near @vassarcollege and if you’re interested in more you can check out the reviews on the @foodisgoodco app.

Ideal family fall day in the Hudson Valley! @keldersfarm is truly a one-stop shop when it comes to enjoying a day on the farm complete with apple picking, a pumpkin patch, petting barn, hayrides, pick-your-own flowers and DOZENS of activities. We can spend hours there and always find something new to do and I love browsing their farm store. Also, don’t forget to check out the giant gnome out front that I was told is the largest in the world.

A short ride down the road and you’re at @cherriesroadside where you can grab a quick meal and some of the best ice cream in the area. I got a BBQ chicken sandwich on a GF bun and maple soft serve in a gluten free sugar cone which hit the spot!
