Breaking my fast and eating my water. Enjoying this reflective day and all it’s treasures. Thankful for it all.

Shift perspective is the precursor to shifts in consciousness. The Universe is always working for us. Moving from this premise allows you to be an alchemist at all times. When opportunities come knocking will you be ready? The universe sent me a gift from @afrocentricoakland yesterday at the 14th annual Juneteenth celebration. I was ready.

I was so honored to be apart of performing in tandem with @theworldfamousshow and @djladyryan center stage. They had a vision and it included me. This made me realize that my practice is not solely mine. It belongs to the people, it needs to be seen, it needs to make impact. And the organizers and myself made it happen.

To learn more about my practice sign up for my free holistic practice every Friday “Intentional Friday” from 12 to 1230pm. Or sign up for a free Wellness Call. LINK IN THE BIO #toussaintspeaks #IAMTOUSSAINTSTEWART #fambam #juneteenth #holistichealth #wellnesscoach
