I’m extremely blessed and excited to announce that I am committed to the University of Oregon to continue my academic and baseball career! 🦆💚💛 First, I want to thank my family and grandparents for being by my side every step of the way. Your love, support, sacrifices, and encouragement have helped me get to this point, and I wouldn’t be here without you. I’m also incredibly thankful for all the coaches who have taught me, challenged me, and helped shape me throughout this journey. Every lesson and experience has helped me grow both on and off the field. To the University of Oregon coaching staff, thank you for giving me this incredible opportunity and for seeing the potential in me. I’m beyond excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to play Oregon Baseball and proudly be a Duck. The next chapter starts now. Sco Ducks! 🦆💚💛

It’s always been about the team. These guys bought in to their coaches and they bought in to each other long before the season started. It was a joy to watch them build each other up and hold each other accountable in the best ways. They have a ton be proud of and us parents have so much to be grateful for. It doesn’t get much better than this!! Thank You @tyramirez19, Thank You @tjbrand34, and Thank You @midwesthalos for showing them what it takes to be great. The future is bright for this group!! @tp3performance @trev_theissen @megan.goggin 15U Halos National l Orioles Scout 34-7 🏆🏆🏆

Don’t run on the gun 👀 Amateur catchers notice how well kb works from his setup to exchange/ footwork to release. Accuracy over everything. Good work kid 👊🏻 This is what D1 catchers do 👊🏻

SS pin pulls are critical for my athletes in their power phase, heading into competition mode. We’re training max motor unit recruitment and rate of force development in a unilateral position that mirrors how we move on the field ⚡️ These SS overcoming ISOs light up the CNS without the mechanical fatigue of heavy dynamic lifts. high neural drive w/ low tissue stress (Quality > Quantity) We built the foundation all offseason. Now we’re teaching the nervous system to fire it on command. Unilateral loading addresses asymmetries while building posterior chain strength at key joint angles. This is exactly where we need to be in the power phase with games around the corner... about a month out 👀 3–5 sets × 2–5 reps × 3–6 sec maximal pulls Perform early in your workout, high intent, full recovery. Treat it like a max effort sprint OPTIMIZE YOUR REST 🔑 and of course, pull hard af. @barbosa.dom_ #baseball #gym #weightlifting #offseason strength

Ty Flemming — 9-Week Throwing Breakdown When breaking down Ty’s throw, we focused on where the exchange happens when the back foot strikes. The goal: • Exchange at the midline • Vertical shin angle • No knee cave • No back-shoulder exchange Cleaning up the exchange cleaned up the entire sequence— better arm path, on-time arm, and more efficient throws. The later the ball gets into the hand, the later the arm will be. Get it in faster… and you can do real damage. Proud of the work. More to come.

2028 @barbosa.dom_ taking two plates for a ride on hand assisted safety bar eccentric split squats. We load heavy eccentrics in our strength phase because the athlete has to own force before they can produce it. Hand assistance lets us push the load higher without losing the pattern, giving them a clean, stable split stance to work from. Long, controlled lowers build real stability, increase tissue tolerance, and teach the athlete how to manage force through the entire range. This is the groundwork that makes the rest of the offseason actually progress. #baseball #gym #weightlifting #offseason #strength #weightroom #baseballtraining #strengthandconditioning #athlete #strengthtraining
