Took 2nd place at the @ukbff_official British Finals in Classic Bodybuilding 🥈

Not gonna lie, part of me is absolutely gutted. I went there to win and have spent months in preparation for this, so coming up one spot short stings.

But second in Britain is a massive achievement. All the early mornings, weighing every meal, training through the days I had nothing left. I’m proud of it.

Too many of us skip straight past the wins because they weren’t the exact win we wanted. Celebrate them. You earned them.

This was never about one trophy. It’s about progress, and being better than yesterday. A setback doesn’t change the goal, it just shows you what to work on next.

I also couldn’t have done any of this without my coach and close friend Steve @mosh_pit_fit who has had my back for the last 3 and a half years.

Friends like @tpf.maximus who always show up when you need them.

Anna @a_m_sportstherapy who’s kept me moving and always gets me sorted pre show.

Gary and the team at @the_physiquewarehouse_gym who have been absolute legends.

Now it’s back to work. Unfinished business 💪

🚨 OFFICIAL TPF APOLOGY 🚨

We’ve been exposed. And quite frankly, it’s worse than we thought.

Guilty of scamming men out of body fat, trouser sizes, bad habits and excuses.

Even worse, we’ve been caught helping men get stronger, build confidence, show up better for their families and get into the best shape of their lives…. We are truly sorry.

And the biggest offenders? Michael, Ben and Max. Absolutely shameless behaviour from our coaches. I think we need to blame them as I hold no responsibility.

We’d like to apologise to absolutely nobody.

Every good Warhammer character has a bit of lore, so I thought it was about time I shared mine.

From smoking weed every day doing drugs, with no direction to my life to building Toby Pink Fitness and eventually The Performance Forge.

Not quite the origin story I expected, but here we are.
But what means the most to me isn’t how far I’ve come. It’s the people I’ve been lucky enough to help along the way.

I’ve seen guys go from having no confidence, feeling lost and being unhappy with what they see in the mirror to getting in the best shape of their lives and becoming better versions of themselves.

Not just in the gym, but in every part of their lives.

Becoming more present partners, dads, friends and colleagues. Having more energy, taking on new challenges and finally believing in what they’re capable of.

And the best part? They’ve done it without giving up the hobby they love.
That’s why I built The Performance Forge.

I wanted to create a place where guys like us could belong. Where being a nerd and wanting to better yourself go hand in hand. A community where we support each other, celebrate our wins and push each other to become the men we know we can be.

Because getting in shape is about so much more than looking good with your top off. It’s about the confidence, discipline and opportunities it brings into the rest of your life.

HEEEEEEESSSSSSSSS BAAAAAAAAAAACCCCCCCKKKKKKK !

I’ve been debating posting this picture of me but you know what, I’m mother trucking proud !

For those that don’t know, my weight has always been a a factor in my life and after getting down to 15 stone from 25 stone pre pandemic, I thought I’d never see those muscles again !

Honestly Ty to all that had my back to support me in this weight loss journey and honestly, thank you to @tobypinkfitness , that faithful meet-up at Gw was bloody life changing so thank you so much !

Honestly if your looking to loose weight, hit the geeza up he’s honestly a boss !

Got a few more kg to go but I’m proud and actually look at myself and go yea he’s on that next weight loss hype!

Coaching a lot again this week and then doing a painting class at @surreyprimarchs this Saturday but, I shall do my best to get some reel up :)

Why do I say progress is better than perfection?

Partly because true perfection doesn’t exist….

But it’s because progress gives you something to chase, something to build on, and proof that your hard work is paying off.

You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to be better than you were yesterday. 💪

10KG down and the bloke can’t keep his top on 😂

But Andrew’s transformation is about a lot more than getting ripped.
When we first spoke, he was already putting the effort in.

Ex Army paratrooper, dad of four, husband, working, training and generally juggling all the shit life throws at you.

Motivation was never his problem.
He just didn’t have a plan that worked around his life.
So we didn’t ask him to do MORE.
We got smarter with what he was already doing.

Better training. Better nutrition. More structure. More accountability.
Now he’s over 10kg down, stronger, fitter, more confident and in ridiculous shape.

But the best bit?
He’s more present with his family and has become the example he wanted to set for his kids.

If you’re putting the effort in but getting fuck all back because life keeps shafting your plans, and you want to join a Warhammer fitness community full of people who actually get it...
