Well my year of racing comes to an end in Florida this last weekend. Took 2nd ag 10th overall on Saturday and 1st ag 5th overall Sunday. Over 8000 racers over the weekend it was a great high energy event!! Had a great time cruising the open sprint race with my spartan homies @tpingaro and @todschwarz. Honored to share the podium with Damian Kies from Poland who earned his 30th trifecta of the year on Sunday!🤯. I personally completed 6 trifectas this year (18 races) among 7 other obstacle course races and a few trail 25 k races. I have to once again thank my amazing fiancé @erinmmeadows for all of the amazing support and encouragement! @teamwaldo.spartans @stepintorunning @fitlab.lafayette @joya_yoga @spenga_danville. I owe so much of my success to you!! Thank you!!!!!!

CLIENT SHOUTOUT!

@tpingaro has been absolutely crushing his training for the past few months. Along with getting a new job, and traveling a ton for that, he also has a couple of kiddos at home, but always finds time to get it done.

This past Saturday Todd did a “test” @spartan Beast in New Jersey, while traveling for work of course, and he accidentally WON his age group 🫢! Not bad for a little test run!

Great work man, and congratulations!

Day 1 Big Bear @spartanrace Beast. 1st place AG. Nearly 4800 feet of ascending, and descending. Ran very controlled today, trying to save some energy for tomorrow’s Super, and Sprint, but my Achilles, and Planter Fasciitis is really flared up from all those very steep heels, so hopefully I can go tomorrow. Either way, I am very happy with 2 consecutive wins on 2 beautiful mountain Beasts the last two weeks. 👊🏼 The spear throw, and rig almost got me today, but I got em to post a clean race. The spear throw is on a slope, and uphill so good luck on that tomorrow for everyone racing the Super for points. Thanks to my beautiful wife for spending all day in course for me, and taking video/pictures ♥️ Congrats to everyone who tackled the Beast and Ultra today!! God Bless!! See you all tomorrow.

WAy back In 2015 I received this motivation the night before Ironman Canada 🇨🇦 from my then 4 month old niece. This and all the immense family, friend & #bocatri support made finishing tomorrow’s 140.6 miles ‘easy’ and one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life . Nothing is impossible when you set your goals. Find your motivation #ironman #trilife #whistler #140.6 #neice #swim #bike #run
