Trying to control everything creates stress and resistance - stripping it back to focusing what is within your control is the key 💯

People who are controlling often like safety because it creates certainty and enables them to have piece of mind even if that means they’re stressed or overwhelmed in the process
-
This may come from past experiences where unexpected things happened so having control on everything has become the way to avoid that from happening
-
There is no right or wrong this is just bringing awareness to a different path that can welcome a new approach - it will be uncomfortable but it may also be life changing 🙏🏽
