A BIG THANK YOU to @cimerian_official and @cimerian_usa for the early 40th Anniversary gift! 🦾🔥

What an incredible addition to the @cardillosworld @alphaelitesys one-of-a-kind H2O Water Gym! 💦

This leg press is an absolute BEAST! Heavy-duty construction with a seriously HEAVY footplate before you even add any H20 or wooden weight!

The best part? It delivers an incredible quad workout with a smooth, controlled movement that feels amazing on the legs without putting unnecessary stress on my knees!

After nearly 40 years in the fitness industry, I know quality equipment when I see it, and this machine is IMPRESSIVE!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ FIVE STARS!💯

Thank you again to the Cimerian team for helping us take our H2O training experience to another level!

And trust me...... we're just getting started!🦾💦🔥

All Cardillo belts are proudly hand made in the USA 🇺🇸One belt at a time but thousands over time.

l’ve been struggling. I can barely walk but right now the only pain worse than just “BEING” is NOT TRAINING! So I put on my Size 17s and Hell on Heels came on the radio and I squatted 1 rep at a time.
Watching the full video here might just be worth the laugh.

Not a max effort lift goes by where I’m not missing @tpsmalden. Been reminiscing about my favorite squats from the place, and family, that taught me everything. #TPSForever

Hey look, a new use for the COVID era masks! 😷
(aka Rust in the Lungs is Bad 🌈🌟)

Out on the literal grind for a beautiful Saturday, to bring a new challenge to Team Rx, and add a little piece of training history to make our friends from @tpsmalden feel right at home 💪

After all, choosing to carry a heavy burden makes it easier to deal with them when they come at you in life 🏋️
