🎃 We would like to thank all of our volunteers who helped out this past Saturday. 👻

We know you all have plenty of places to be on a weekend but we appreciate you and the huge role you play in this club more than you know.

Without you all our events would not be possible. ❤️

Another solid Big Friday! Snatches are slowly getting less helicopter-ish. And 68kg clean & jerk!!

We’re not just here for weightlifters we are here because we enjoy helping weightlifters. 🏋️

Every day, we’re grateful for the opportunity to work with athletes who love the barbell as much as we do. 💪

Yes, lots of clinics say they “treat lifters,” but we’ve done the work not just in the gym, but in the classroom, too. We study the latest research on weightlifting performance, tendinopathy (a leading cause of pain in lifters), and nerve-related issues and we bring that knowledge straight to your care.

Treating weightlifters takes more than a cookie-cutter plan it’s critical thinking, pattern recognition, and understanding you as a whole athlete. And honestly? We love every minute of it.

To all our athletes Thank you for trusting us to be part of your journey under the bar and for your kind words! 👏

Happy Birthday Bexar 🐻

What a wild four years it has have been.

Thank you to everyone who has been along for the ride. And to the OGs who are still here, we would have never made it past that first summer without you. ❤️

Today reminded me that the way you approach the bar matters, and that if you don’t get your mind right on the way up it makes those heavier weights much harder. BUT, we went out on a high note with a clean at 88kg that’s not shown bc I forgot to hit record. But it felt good to fight for this one.
