Pretty girl things at Texas State Championships yesterday! My snatch wasn’t snatching but remember when I bommed out in jerks last year …yea don’t lol. Proud of my progress getting back into lifting heavy numbers again. Thank you to my amazing coach @________nicole, my tired twin @giaelisee and @ekpaller for always making me smile . Love yall 😘. On to the next .

Big Friday 💪🏼🔥

I haven’t hit these numbers in about two years, and it feels SO good to be back here. @________nicole has helped me get stronger, clean up my form, and believe in what I’m capable of.

Pushing through mental blocks and mental health struggles hasn’t been easy, but little by little, it’s all coming together. 🖤 @ntr_barbell @positiveaction_pt @latinalifters

Stronger body. Stronger mind. Still showing up. 🏋🏼‍♀️✨
