💛 Confidence isn’t something you’re born with… it’s something you build.

One of the standout moments from our June Speaker Showcase was hearing Tracey Dix – The Courage Coach share her passion for empowering young adults to find their voice, believe in themselves and step into the best version of who they are.

Through her “Build Your Spine” program, Tracey is helping young people develop courage, resilience and the confidence to navigate life’s challenges with strength and purpose.

Watching Tracey speak was a beautiful reminder that when we choose to share our story with authenticity, we don’t just inspire others, we give them permission to believe in what’s possible for themselves.

If you know a young person who could benefit from Tracey’s work, find out more about Build Your Spine here:

Women are the original source of
Life

Power

Power of women gathering ~ returning to our source of origin ~ b e i n g ~ and being received in our natural magical loving form was and is so h e a l i n g.

Aghhh I didn’t know that’s what I was entering but wow I am grateful for it.

Thank you @samirahlundmark for your power of polarity, power of connection, your power of presence, and your beautiful power of love to bring us home together to our original liberated selves.

A celebration of being.

The original home for creators is a home of women gathering.

I remember where I came from
I remember my truth
Connected to the heavens
With deep solid roots
What a gift to be awake
As we enter the golden age

There is beauty in creating something that wasn’t there before 🔥

Amazing weekend away with beautiful, powerful, gorgeous, soft, delicious sisters
We laughed, we cried, we moved, we touched each other’s hearts and souls and came back ready for the world stronger than ever 💃🏼

DAY 3 WRAPPED!!

The first creatHER™ of 2026 is complete!

Woowwwww I am so grateful to facilitate these rooms and see the transformation in every single soul. Sometimes I feel like that is cliche to say. And tho… it’s honest work.

No one is leasing this event the same (my self included) fully shifting into the next level.

Day 3 is my favourite, I almost feel like I meet the women again for the first time as each woman looks like new, shining from the inside out from the processes we do lead through the weekend and then bring it all together for the MOMENT!

How iconic are these photos!?!

The next creatHER™ is in October! You can secure your seat now by dming me “3DAY” 💸🐮💎

I am feeling very nostalgic as I reflect on the year that has been

I've flown to Melbourne, Sydney & Paris for a spot of lunch... just because...
Laughed over the many takes we've endured to create reels
Danced the days and nights away
Hosted incredible events
Shared my voice on many stages
Melted in making memories with my family
Gained more friends
Lost some
Ticked off so many YES boxes
Whilst also discovering a depth in honouring my No's
I've eaten so well, in the most exquisite restaurants around the world
I have served from my soul, which continued to serve me
I've died and been reborn whilst changing my hair colour with it...
In fact, this is the first year I have had hair since 8 years ago!
I've successfully relaunched the most breathtaking version of Awaken Retreats
I can 100000% admit that this is the first time in a long time that I feel at home with EVERY aspect of my life

And none of what I have experienced was pre-planned. My whole life thrives on a WHIM

My relationships are truly EXCEPTIONAL with the best of friends circle I could have ever asked for in all corners of the globe - THANK YOU!

I love who I am in the skin I am in

My husband and I keep falling in love over and over again and my children are teenagers whom of which I am enjoying so much relearning how to be a mum and friend 🧡

Worry is not welcome here
Stress is a waste

This feels more true than ever!

Was absolute magic!

The more fun we have the more money we make and the closer our sisterhood becomes

I love these women with all my heart and so grateful they're in my life 🥹

Our Sisterhood has no limit on age, background, culture or ability...

We're all here to SHINE

Biggest thank you to our choreographer @astridbguzman for curating dance moves we could all learn with very little time and on a zoom!

And for @kristiexord for the opportunity at #freedomdaylive2025
