Hózhó ~ The Beauty Way 🌾

A beautiful teaching from the Diné (Navajo) people, rooted in living with harmony, balance and beauty. Not simply seeing beauty, but walking in it. Creating it. Feeling it!

In the way we gather, the spaces we create, the rituals we share, the earth beneath our feet and the connections we nurture.

A gentle reminder that beauty is all around us, woven into the simplest of moments. Not simply seeing beauty, but walking in it. Xx

Get in, girls. We’re going off-grid. 🤠

Coffee and rusks in hand, 4x4 engaged, and off we go exploring Aussenkehr Nature Park which is 100,000 hectares of rugged Namibian wilderness.

A little dust, a little adventure, and a whole lot of magic on the first morning of our EVOLVE Retreat 🌞

some of my favorite captures at @melopearl_retreats most recent retreat, evolve. What an honour it was to capture the essence of this retreat & also to see my darling @lilpearly walk this path & hold space with such grace. So proud of you sister 🖤

There is something so deeply powerful about this land. The stillness, the vastness, the raw and untouched beauty. Namibia holds a magic that is difficult to put into words, but impossible not to feel.

Forever grateful to hold space for transformation here🤎

A little under a month ago we gathered on the banks of the Orange River at the beautiful @norotshama_river_resort for our last women’s retreat in Namibia for 2026. EVOLVE was everything and more, and we truly were “held by the mountains and by each other” 💌 Thank you to the beautiful @tessajay__ for your incredible eye at capturing these special moments 📸 Thank you to my beautiful co-host @tracylee_d_ , you powerful medicine woman, you!🕯️ And last but definitely not least to @andelinereiki for everything from the veggies from your garden to your finishes touches and more. I am so grateful to have such incredible woman in my life and to walk this path alongside you 🪬

Living This Goood Life is built around the idea that a good life can take many forms.

It can look like dancing wildly, slowing down, learning something new, moving your body, having a conversation that shifts your perspective, playing like a kid again, or simply connecting with the people around you.

This year’s facilitators are bringing an incredible mix of experiences to the farm, from Lindy Hop, Zumba & acro yoga to breathwork, somatic yin, trail running, play, thought provoking talks & workshops.

There’s no one way to participate. Follow what pulls you in, try something unexpected & make the weekend your own.

Black and White in photography is a medium that invites the viewer to feel the photograph. I chose images that I’ve become familiar with, and played with their depth and contrast. Wrapping each picture in a border made the work feel complete. It is my dream to catalogue my favourites and put them into a book. As always, I’m amazed at how the adventure lives on… ✨

Would love to know which are your favourites X

There comes a moment in a woman's life when the answers are no longer found in doing more.

They are found in creating space.

Space to soften.
Space to listen.
Space to hear what has been whispering beneath the noise.

The wise woman knows that clarity is not something she must chase. It reveals itself when she slows down enough to receive it.

Held by ancient landscapes, open skies, and the rhythms of the natural world, we gather in Namibia to remember.

To tend to the inner fire.
To reconnect with what matters.
To honour what is ending.
To welcome what is ready to emerge.

Beyond the doing and the striving, there is presence.

And beneath the expectations, responsibilities, and stories we carry, there is a deeper knowing.

Given space, it always finds its way home.

Namibia calls... 🏜️

Wide open landscapes.
Endless skies.
Ancient silence.

A place where the noise softens, the nervous system exhales, and you can finally hear yourself again.

If you’ve been longing for space, perhaps this is your sign.
