What if comfort is the very thing keeping us from saying “yes” to God?

The rich young ruler walked away sad because following Jesus meant giving up the comfort and convenience his wealth provided.

And if we’re honest… how often do we do the same?

We want God, but we don’t always want to be interrupted by Him. We want His plans, as long as they don’t disrupt our routines, our security, or the life we’ve made comfortable.

Comfort isn’t always bad. But when we’re unwilling to surrender it, it might be worth asking:

Has comfort become an idol in my life?

What a beautiful two days!!! 😭🥹🤍

I’m so thankful I said yes to attending this Women’s Conference. God knew exactly what I needed.

One of the sweetest parts for me was having my sister, @caligirlazworld there with me. 🥹 She has recently started attending church with me, and I can’t even explain how happy that makes my heart. My prayer is that she continues to grow in her love for the Lord, gets to know Him more and more, and develops a beautiful relationship with Him all her own. 🤍🙏🏽

And @tracywilde I truly hope you know how grateful we are for you. Thank you for taking time away from your own family to pour into all of us. I know you impacted so many women this weekend, and I was absolutely one of them.

For years, I have been holding onto something very painful so tightly. Something I knew I needed to surrender, but just couldn’t seem to fully let go of.

Today, God used your words to help me FINALLY release it. 😭😭

I laid it at my Father’s feet.

And I’m leaving it there. 🙏🏽🤍

I’m so incredibly thankful for my church, for the women God is placing in my life, and for the beautiful relationships I’m developing here. I walked into this conference not knowing just how much I needed it… and I’m walking away lighter, grateful, and reminded once again that God knows exactly what we need and exactly when we need it. 🥹

So thankful for this weekend. So thankful for my church. And most of all, so thankful for Him. 🤍🙏🏽

Rebuilding Beautiful. 🩷👑

Two days surrounded by women, worship, truth, laughter, tears, and some messages I know I was meant to hear.

I walked into this conference expecting to be encouraged, but I walked away reminded of something much deeper:

We don’t have to work FOR an identity that God has already given us.

We are daughters of the King. We don’t have to perform for His love, earn our place at the table, or prove that we’re worthy of being there. We already have access. We are already loved. We are already His.

And the parts of our stories that feel like ashes? God doesn’t waste those either. He restores. He redeems. He rebuilds. Not simply so that we can look back and say, “Look what I survived,” but so that our restoration can become part of someone else’s hope.

One of my favorite reminders from these two days was the picture in Isaiah 61: beauty instead of ashes. 🌸

There may be hard seasons behind the beauty. There may be valleys, disappointment, grief, rebuilding and a whole lot of surrender. But God is still working in the middle of it.

I’m leaving this weekend wanting to live a little more rooted, a little more courageous, and a lot less concerned with proving anything.

Called. Loved. Anointed. Equipped. His daughter first. 💗

And when women remember who they are in Christ and come together? Whew. They can shake a room.

Thank you for such a beautiful two days. My heart is FULL. 🥹🩷

“God, are You interrupting me? And what is it for?”

Maybe the interruption is protection.
Maybe it’s preparation.
Maybe it’s redirection.
Maybe God is trying to get our attention.

Don’t be so quick to resist the interruption that you miss what God wants to reveal through it. 🤍

We often think we’ll experience God most in the extraordinary, the answered prayer, the breakthrough, the mountaintop moments.

But what if He’s inviting us to notice Him in the ordinary, too?

Yesterday, a quiet afternoon on the lake with my sister became a reminder of God’s kindness. The laughter, the stillness, the unhurried conversation… they weren’t just a break from life, they were beautiful gifts from God who is always present.

Sometimes the most meaningful moments aren’t the ones we plan. They’re the ones we slow down enough to receive.

Where have you noticed God’s presence in an ordinary moment recently? I’d love to hear your story. 🤍

@tracywilde will be joining us this year at MFI Global Conference (A), October 5-7, 2026!

Tracy Wilde-Pace is a sixth-generation pastor and preacher with a rich spiritual legacy that spans generations, beginning with her great-great-grandmother, a circuit preacher. She carries both the weight of that heritage and a fresh, prophetic voice for today’s Church.

Tracy is passionate about helping people, especially strong women in ministry find their voice, lead with confidence, and live rooted in their identity in Jesus. Her teaching confronts insecurity, challenges self-editing, and equips leaders to speak and lead with clarity and conviction.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master of Divinity in Practical Theology. After college, Tracy worked in the Governor’s office of her home state before moving to Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., where she led prayer and Bible studies for Congressional leaders, their families, and staff.

Following seminary, Tracy moved to Los Angeles, where she helped pioneer and became the first campus pastor of a Bible study that grew into a church serving young adults in Hollywood.

She is also a published author and continues to speak, teach, and develop leaders across the country.

Tracy currently lives in Boise, Idaho with her husband, Garrison, and their son, Declan, who brings so much joy and delight to their lives.
