If you’re craving an epic Oregon adventure, put the Oregon Coast Trail on your radar.

The OCT follows roughly 425 miles of Oregon’s coastline and is divided into 10 sections, so you can make it as big or small of an adventure as you want. Take on a day hike, work through a section over a few trips, or go for the whole thing!

You’ll hike through forests, tide pools, beaches, and rocky headlands, with small coastal towns along the way when you need a meal or a place to stay.

Actually thinking about hiking it? The Oregon Coast Trail Foundation is the place to start. They have maps, logistics, safety tips, and everything you need to start figuring out your route. Click here visittheoregoncoast.com/activities/the-oregon-coast-trail/ or head to the link in bio.

Which section of the OCT are you adding to your list?

😅PSA for hikers: The last person to reach the rest spot ALSO deserves to rest and enjoy the view.

Please don’t turn their arrival into, “Okay, everyone’s here! LET’S GO!” 😭😂

If they just got there, give them 5 minutes to breathe, hydrate, take the picture, and question all their life choices before we start walking again.

Shoutout to my hiking friends @chari.nicole.b @trailhaven and @forestsandfriends for actually giving me that extra time to soak it all in before moving on. ❤️

I have been in both ends of this and as we lead group hikes that is a reminder for us too! 😅❤️

There was so much packed into our Peru trip with @your.limitless.adventures, but if I had to highlight one part of the experience, it would be this 3-day trek through the Andes and along the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. It was easily the hardest part of the trip, but also one of the most rewarding.

It challenged us in all the ways you’d expect: altitude, tired legs, cold mornings, and long days. But it was also such a special experience from start to finish.

The scenery was unreal, the food the team made for us everyday was so good, and getting to Machu Picchu through the Sun Gate made the whole journey even more meaningful.

Doing something hard together, encouraging each other through the tough moments, and sharing the experience with such an amazing group of women made it all even better.

Trips like this remind me that adventure isn’t just about the beauty of the places you see. It’s also about what happens in you while you’re out there doing hard, beautiful things. 🤍

Special shout out to our guides @apurimacadventuretours that showed us their beautiful country in the most professional way!

📍Tunnel Falls with Women’s Group Hike

🥾 13 miles round-trip
⛰️ 2.100 ft elevation gain
🔄 Out and Back
⏰ Approx 6 hours to complete

I think this might be one of the coolest waterfall hikes in Oregon.

It rained the entire hike. We were completely soaked, our legs were tired, and by the end those miles definitely felt long. But when we saw Tunnel Falls, we all knew every wet, muddy, exhausting mile had been worth it.

If you’ve been wanting to get outside more, meet new adventure friends, or you’ve been waiting for someone to explore with, come join us at @pines.and.soul.

We’re building a community of women who crave adventure, connection, and unforgettable experiences and we meet every month to hike somewhere together. We would love to adventure with you! ❤️🌲🥾
