Thank you so so much to everyone @platform.pt for your help this summer. 🤍

As you may know, I had a spinal fusion back in February, after 3 months of recovering, I was cleared to get back into dance! From June-July I have spent 1-3 hours everyday at The Platform recovering, getting my stamina and skills back, and continuing in my dance training.

I originally started coming and seeing @allaroundrehab in May, and I couldn’t have had a better physical therapist by my side. The last minute bookings and long days; I always had a blast and learned so so much about my body.

A HUGE thank you to @train.with.renee for all your help with getting my skills back consistently as well as new skills! I have a blast working with you and can’t wait to continue during the season.

Every single physical therapist and strength trainer at The Platform is absolutely amazing at what they do, as well as providing a welcoming environment. From laughing to getting skills, I can’t wait to continue to train and improve this season. Beyond blessed to have this facility 💗
