There’s something about a home gym when the darker nights roll in… 🌙🔥

Lights on, music up and it’s time to train. 💪

Another cracking home gym share from @trainathannahs

There’s just something about training at home on those dark evenings that hits differently. No waiting for equipment, no busy commercial gym, just your own space and getting the work done. 👊

Would you rather train on those dark winter evenings or bright summer mornings? 👇

An appreciation post for my Hannah Banana 🥹💓

I’ve known Hannah for over 14 years, from when I was just a little girl joining ITS, and a very poorly one at that. I was in such a harsh phase of anorexia, and I remember going into ITS, seeing Hannah and thinking, “Fuck me, one day I’ll be like her.”

Fast forward a few years and I came to work with the team at ITS. Hannah was in full wedding prep mode, doing all the things I’m now having to do, and I remember thinking, “Fuck doing all that.”

And now look at me. 😂

You’ve been an inspiration to me for so much longer than you probably realise, Han. I appreciate you more than you know, and getting to see you build everything you have built has genuinely been so inspiring.

Everyone who met you on Saturday loved you instantly, and that says everything. You’re just a genuinely fucking special person. You have such a warmth about you, and I’m so lucky that our paths crossed all those years ago.

There is SO much more to come for our beautiful businesses, and I genuinely hope that my nearly 9 years of running Lioness continues to blossom and grow the way yours has. 🥹🩷

Here’s to everything we’ve already achieved, everything still to come, and hopefully a lot more memories along the way.

Love ya large, my Hannah Banana 🍌💓

Now get us to Turkey. 💃🇹🇷

Sometimes the path shifts in ways we don’t expect, and it’s time for me to follow where it leads 🌿✨

For the time being, I’ll be stepping away from teaching yoga. I’ve been given the opportunity to step into a role in a field I truly love, and it brings with it some exciting travel ahead. It feels like the right step toward building a brighter future and creating a better life for myself 💫

Teaching at @trainathannahs has been such a special chapter for me. Holding space for the beautiful women who’ve shown up on the mat, sharing breath and movement together, and watching you all grow in your practice has been an absolute gift. That gym has always felt like the perfect home for it, and I’ll always carry those memories with me 🤎

To everyone who came along to class - you’ve made teaching such a joy. Thank you for trusting me, for showing up for yourselves, and for allowing me to be a small part of your journey. I’m endlessly grateful ✨

This isn’t the end of yoga for me, it’s just a pause in teaching. I’ll be focusing on deepening my own practice alongside working in this new role, and I’d love for you to still follow along here as I share more of that journey. When the time is right, I'll be returning to teaching again 🤍

For now, let's keep growing together - even in different seasons 🧬

Love,
Steph 🌸
