Mom of four. Workout done before the sun comes up. ☀️💪
People always ask how I do it at my age, with four kids and a full practice. Honestly? I love it. But I also don’t leave my energy to chance: consistency, protein, sleep, and yes, hormone pellets + peptides, under medical supervision.
You’re not “too old” or “too busy.” Your body just might need support. 💜
DM me “ENERGY” and I’ll share what I do. Save this for your next 5 AM alarm ⏰

The right community changes everything. 🤍⚡

There’s something powerful about surrounding yourself with people whose energy aligns with your mind, body, and soul.

A community that challenges you, lifts you up, and reminds you why you started, even on the days when motivation isn’t there.

Because motivation comes and goes, but discipline grows stronger when you’re surrounded by people who inspire you to keep showing up.

For me, BUNDA is more than a workout. It’s a reminder that the people we choose to surround ourselves with can help us become the best version of ourselves.

Find your people. Protect your energy. Show up for yourself. 🤍

What community inspires YOU to keep showing up? ✨

Join Bunda today!! What are you waiting for?

Your shoes are part of your lift. 👟🏋️‍♀️

Most people spend more time choosing their pre-workout than the shoes they lift in. But what’s under your feet affects every rep.

Why it matters:

🔹 Stability. Soft, cushioned running shoes compress under load, so your foot shifts and your balance suffers. A flat, firm sole gives you a solid base to push from.

🔹 Force transfer. Power travels from the floor up. A squishy sole absorbs some of that force; a firm one sends it into the bar.

🔹 Joint alignment. An unstable base can let your ankles roll and your knees cave inward, which puts extra stress on your knees, hips, and lower back.

🔹 Mobility support. Lifting shoes with a raised heel help people with tight ankles squat deeper while keeping the torso upright.

🔹 Injury prevention. Good form depends on a stable foundation, and good form keeps you lifting for the long run.

Quick guide:
✅ Squats & Olympic lifts → lifting shoes with a raised heel
✅ Deadlifts → flat, thin-soled shoes (or barefoot/socks if your gym allows it)
✅ General strength training → flat, firm cross-trainers
❌ Heavy lifting → avoid cushioned running shoes

Train smart. Your joints will thank you. 💪

Our studios honoring and remembering all of those from 9/11. We hosted a special class to reach 110 floors in 25 minutes, giving 110% while opening the studio to all first responders to come in and do their 110 floors during off hours.

Thank you so much to everyone for showing up & honoring the victims of 9/11 ❤️ We will never forget.
