Without this who knows where I’d be mentally. I have to at least 3X a week, either with @trained.by.jess or on my own at the gym. Time to step my game up tho! It’s hard out here for a foodie 🤣 #goals #saturdaymorningritual #accountablitypost #feelsgood #everydayisanewopportunity

.
In this 60-sec #reel I speak about why I think people shouldn’t have a Plan B. 😲🤯 Why back up plans (just in case plans) are a disservice to you and tend to lead to a half-assed effort. 🤷🏻‍♂️
.
After watching and listening, please be sure to share your thoughts with me and others in the comments. No wrong opinions here… 💪❤️🙏😁

It’s ok to fall, as long as you get back up. I’m back on track with what makes me happy..💪🏼🏃🏻‍♀️🏋🏻‍♀️ I felt myself falling deeper into a depression and looking for other people to make me happy or fulfill the way I like to be loved but realized that nobody is obligated to doing this and I have to just focus on doing that for myself. I’m usually very private about my personal life but Being strong all the time is exhausting to say the least but so damn rewarding that I can say eff you and keep moving forward with a smile 😃 Will be posting my progress so that I can hold myself accountable and maybe inspire another sista 💃🏻 #letsgo #workout #womeninspiringwomen #agedoesntmatter #imhuman #behonest #loyalty

What’s your Favorite Flavor?

🍦Vanilla
🍫Chocolate
☕️Coffee
🎃Pumpkin Spice
🍃🍫NEW! Mint Chocolate

For the longest time, I was the biggest protein shake skeptic. I never believed in the importance of protein powder and never really understood what it did for the body.

Now, after months of educating myself nutritionally and practicing what I preach, I finally found a routine thay makes me excited to wake up everyday.

Creating healthy habits is so important. Not only for ourselves, but for those surrounding us. If my goal is to be a positive influence on others, I need to be a direct reflection of that.

I commit and promise to you all, to be my full self, with full transparency and full honesty.

Back to my point, after educating myself and incorporating healthy eating habits and healthy protein shakes, I’ve not only felt my best, but I think clearly and efficiently, I am able to fuel my body with plant based energy with no side effects.

Our protein is packed with 20g of plant based protein, amino acids and over 20 vitamins and minerals.

It’s my go-to breakfast, especially when I used to skip breakfast. If you’re one of those people like myself who was skeptical or skipped breakfast, let’s chat! I’ll share my experience in full and we can create new healthy habits TOGETHER.

Create healthy habits for yourself! Don’t let another day go by , start today!🙌🏻🍃

I promise you once you start fueling your body the RIGHT way, everything else simply falls into place.

Just how I FELL in love with @arbonne and FELL in the midst of all my favorite protein flavors pictured here 😂🥰
