Sooo ya girl has been keeping a secret…. 🤭

Next year I’ll be stepping on stage for my very first bodybuilding competition in the Bikini division! 🏆✨🪩

This is a goal I’ve dreamed about for a while now, and I’m so excited to finally make it a reality. I know this journey is going to challenge me in ways I’ve never been challenged before, but I’m so ready to push myself, grow, and see just what I’m capable of. I can’t wait to watch the process unfold and see where this journey takes me.

And of course, I couldn’t start this journey without giving a huge shoutout to @trainedbyacr! Thank you for believing in me, pushing me, and taking me under your wing. I’m super pumped to see what we can accomplish together. Time to WORK! 💪🏼🔥

Let the transformation begin, all while honoring God and the body He has blessed me with. Let’s goooooooo!!!!!

You’ve seen it everywhere online, you’ve asked for it here, and now the time has come! The MegaMass T-Bar Row is by far the most requested piece by our members, so it was only a matter of time before it joined the arsenal.

Helping show it off we have @trainedbyacr a longtime member and friend of the gym. With multiple grips, an adjustable footplate, and silky smooth movement, this new piece has your back/pull day written all over it! #gym

Uhmm… follow your dreams? 🥹✨

Knowing this was my last show of the season, I wanted to soak it all in, enjoy the day, and give every last bit I had left. This final push asked more of me than I knew I had to give, but in the best way. I just wanted to walk away knowing I gave it everything I could. And I reallyyyy loved the package we brought to this stage 🥹

So thankful for my husband through all of this. I look up to him so much, and he’s taught me more about being a pro than he probably realizes❤️

And so grateful for my coach @trainedbyacr for taking me on late in the season and giving so much to help me finish it strong - all while being in prep himself. I have so much respect for someone who practices what they preach, and he absolutely does.

S/o Lawna @polished_presentations for helping me tighten up my posing and put the finishing touches on this look. I truly believe you helped take my overall presentation to the next level✨

Couldn’t have asked for a better way to close out the season!

I couldn’t be more proud of my wife for earning her IFBB Pro Card this past weekend at the North Americans in Pittsburgh.

I’m constantly in awe of how God works through her. She beautifies and multiplies everything granted to her. Truly the embodiment of proverbs 31.

✨ Hey Sunshine ✨

Spooky season or growth season?? 👻💪🏼

I’ll be honest, this transition from prep to growth has been a bit tougher than anticipated. Mentally it can be a whirlwind watching your body change so quickly. BUT how amazing it is to have a healthy body that is ready to be pushed!

Welcome to Chapter 2 - Getting STRONG 💪🏼

Banged out my first year with @trainedbyacr

We started this journey last August and since then, we’ve made some radical changes. I went from being fat, round, and fluffy, to having a respectable physique. Bodybuilding and living the lifestyle is definitely addicting and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. Excited to see what I look like in another year!

Swipe right to see the progress. The last video is what it took to get here in a year 👀

Probably going to start posting more frequently when it comes progress and top sets. Maybe. Lol #bodybuilding #transformation #fitness
