Many of you have asked me so many different questions. About #mentalhealth #fitness or even #warhammer so I wanted to share a small brief window into what I’ve gone through. I used to be at a very unhealthy weight for my height and age. I started doing more about it. Fitness with the help of @coachbeo and #miniaturepainting have helped me beyond words. I hope that this can help motivate you in any way. It can be done. Don’t doubt yourself. I’m cheering you on! #warhammer_40k #fithammer #miniature #repsfortheemperor #astartes #spacemarines #weightlifting #hobbyhaddad #geekdad #weightloss #training #muscle #lafitness @lafitness #titus
