Quick question: how many diets have you tried?
Keto. Cleanses. No carbs after 6. The one with the points. If you’ve lost count, you’re not alone, and you didn’t fail any of them.

Every new plan asked your body to adapt to a new set of rules, then switched them a few weeks later.
One part of you has been keeping track the whole time: your gut. And it talks to your brain more than most people realize.

Tomorrow on the blog, I’m breaking down what the research says about your gut, your mood, and why the diet merry-go-round keeps getting harder.

Drop a 🙋 if you’ve tried more diets than you can count.

139nutritionWhat if the thing holding you back isn’t one thing? 🤔
We tend to look for simple explanations.
✔️ Low energy? Fix your diet.
✔️Poor sleep? Go to bed earlier.
✔️Weight isn’t moving? Eat less.
✔️Digestive issues? Change what you’re eating.

But health rarely works in isolation. 🔗
➡️ Sleep can affect hunger.
➡️Stress can affect digestion.
➡️ Nutrition can affect energy and recovery.

Medications, activity, health history, and daily routines can change the picture even further. That means the symptom you’re focused on may only be one piece of a much larger pattern.
Instead of immediately asking:

“What should I change?”
Try asking:

“What information might I be missing?” 💡
Sometimes the next step isn’t another diet, supplement, or workout plan. It’s understanding what’s actually happening.
This week, we’re looking at how better information can lead to better health decisions. 📊

Too often, we view our bodies through a lens of frustration: struggling with weight, battling fatigue, or feeling like we’ll never measure up to what the world says we should be. This mindset keeps us stuck in cycles of guilt and discouragement.

But Psalm 139:14 offers a powerful truth: You are fearfully and wonderfully made. This isn’t just a feel-good phrase; it’s a reminder that your body was designed with intention, care, and purpose. By embracing this perspective, you can transform the way you approach fitness and well-being.

4 ACTION STEPS:
1️⃣ Reframe Your Mindset: Each time you think negatively about your body, replace it with gratitude for how God designed you.
2️⃣ Set Intentional Goals: Focus on health and vitality instead of perfection. What’s one small step you can take today?
3️⃣ Move with Purpose: Whether it’s walking, stretching, or strength training, celebrate movement as a gift, not a chore.
4️⃣ Fuel Your Body: Nourish yourself with whole foods that support the amazing creation you are.

TODAY:
Take a moment today to reflect on Psalm 139:14. How does knowing you’re fearfully and wonderfully made change your view of health and fitness? Share your thoughts in the comments, and tag someone who needs this encouragement.
