Don't overcomplicate your journey this year. Start with ONE THING. I recommend movement. My parents, in their 80's, walk 4-6 miles per day. Mom has Parkinson's and she STILL walks or bikes 4 per day.
While there are many activities we can add to this; STRENGTH TRAINING, NUTRITION, MEDITATION. Movement is the starting block.

Prayers for Anastasia this week. We are in CHOP (Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia) waiting for heart surgery, again. It’ll be the second time in 8 months. This time Ana is 20 lbs heavier (which is amazing considering her consition) She feels connected to a solid group of friends, family, church. She is confident beacause of her walk with JESUS.
She is POSITIVE, PRAISING GOD, and excited to havee surgery and “git ‘er done” (said with her Texas acent)

I’m amazed by her strength and fearless attitude. This same kid use to be afraid of a finger prick, and now manages hospital procedures like a pro. Our room is filled with Praise & Celebration music because we know JESUS is here and is shining through Ana. Faith always conquerors Fear!

God is all about new beginnings. This year may have been defeating. You may feel hopeless, broken, and desperate. Lean into that feeling and KNOW HE who created you, loves you, has a purpose for your life, and wants to give you a new HOPE. He has wonderful plans for you.
