It’s been a month since I left St. Luke’s as a Medical Assistant and stepped fully into personal training.

I definitely miss being an MA from time to time, but watching my clients get stronger, build confidence, and achieve their goals has been incredibly rewarding.

Different career, same purpose helping people become the best version of themselves.

Excited to keep growing as a trainer and see where this journey takes me!

Washing your beard. Using beard oil. Still feeling dry?

You might have the right products, but your routine needs a small adjustment.

Hot water and harsh washing can strip away your skin’s natural oils. And if your beard oil only reaches the hair, you’re missing the skin underneath.

Try this: Use lukewarm water and a gentle beard wash. Apply Copper Johns Beard Oil while your beard is slightly damp, working it down to your skin before spreading it through the hair. Follow with beard butter for added softness.

Oil helps hold moisture in. It doesn’t replace water, and adding more won’t fix every cause of dryness.

Skin first. Then hair. That’s the Copper Johns way.

Most face washes only clean what you can see. Copper Johns Activated Charcoal Wash goes deeper, helping pull out the excess oil, dirt, and buildup that collect in your pores throughout the day.

But clean skin should not feel stripped, tight, or irritated. That is why we made ours to leave your face feeling fresh, balanced, and ready for the day.

If you work hard, sweat, have oily skin, or simply want a better daily routine, this is an easy place to start.

Clean skin. Simple routine. Real confidence. That is Copper Johns.
