2 ankle surgeries, 1 shoulder surgery, 2 herniated discs in my back.. and still sliding above average, first hyrox in the books and tbh barely trained for this specific event.. looking forward to what i can accomplish fully locked in!

B5 AAU Tryouts

This upcoming spring B5 will have our very own
AAU teams for 3rd-8th graders Open evaluations will begin this weekend at @b5sportscenter.

Schedule:
Friday 1/31 - 3rd-5th grade 6-7pm, 6th-8th grade 7-8pm

Sunday 2/2 - 3rd-5th grade 10-11am, 6th-8th grade 11am-12pm

Friday 2/7 - 3rd-5th grade 6-7pm, 6th-8th grade 7-8pm

This spring we will be having our first ever B5 D League. The B5 D League is an 8 week co-ed 3 on 3 league for elementary through middle school ages.

The league format is 30 minutes of skill development and a 24 minute game (two 12 minute halves). There is an 8 game guarantee and all games will be on Saturdays and Sundays.

The league will run from March 9-April 28, with evaluations on March 2nd and 3rd. Click the link in the bio to register!
