@philadelphiarebels getting after it hard these past few weeks to start the season, so I decided we needed a team competition day to keep the morale up 😂🔥.
•
With the season being such an “up & down” year both physically and mentally, don’t forget to have some fun & don’t forget to add the active recovery days! The same way you train hard on the ice or field, you should take the same approach when it comes to recovery of your own body!

Friday Night Files 📸
•
Want to work on explosiveness, triple extension and power? Try adding this exercise 🔥.
•
Forces the athletes to engage the core & stabilize at the top of the box jump, which helps to reinforce the tucking of the hips, & engaging the glutes (increases overall power). If you don’t, you will fall off the box 😂😂

🎀 HOODIE UP FOR THE CURE 🎀

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who purchased a hoodie and made a donation to support breast cancer awareness!

Because of your generosity, we officially DOUBLED our fundraising total from last year! 🔥 We are truly honored and grateful to have such an incredible community of TA Fam and friends standing with us and supporting such an important cause.

This is what community is all about. We couldn’t have done it without every one of you! Thank You! 🎀
