Come train with me at Training Day Clayton. 💪🏽🔥

I’ve been training weights for the last year and a half to build strength for dance, build muscle and boost my body tone. 💪🏽💃🏽

From weights + cardio to choreography days, I love having a space where I can train hard and recover properly.

And the compression boots? An absolute game changer for these legs. 😂🦵🏽

Training + recovery, all in one place. ❤️‍🔥

FREE 7-day trial for new members! 👀

“4 years of choosing discipline over excuses🫵⬇️
When are you actually gonna start, my friend? Are you still waiting for a new month, a new year, or for someone to come and push you? Bro, fuck it. No one is coming to force you to change your life. You have to make that decision yourselt. If you really want to reach your goals, get up, stop scrolling, stop overthinking it, and go do something about it You don’t need to feel motivated every day - just start, stay consistent, and keep showing up. Now get your ass to the gym😠”

It’s absolutely great to be doing some of these sit-downs with the one and only @trainingdaygym founder @waynezli ! It forces us to sit and recollect as to what are the pivotal aspects of what we did and as to where we are in our careers and business pursuits.

Time to fkn lock in 🔒
For anyone that knows me personally- when I set goals or have something to reach too…… I get the fkn mahi done, I’m not quick whatsoever- but regardless- I still show up every time.

This is where I’m at whānau. Been a hot minute since I’ve felt really comfortable in my own skin having BDD for most of my teen and my whole adult life😎✌🏾 but meh, time to treat myself better and bla bla bla (yeah you get it). Anywayyyyyys….. I’m bored now! Thanks for reading! Laterz🖖🏾🏋🏾‍♀️
