The mace stole the spotlight at the Beirut Sports Festival. 🔥

So much curiosity, so many questions, and even more excitement.

We introduced dozens of people to the mace, taught a few fundamental movements, shared why it’s one of the most versatile training tools out there, and watched people go from “What is that?” to “I need to try this!”

Seeing that spark of curiosity turn into genuine excitement is exactly why we do what we do.

This is only the beginning. Welcome to the Nomad Strength movement. ⚡💪

Try it and see why it’s a complete exercise for shoulders, spine, core, glutes and hamstrings. Not to mention balance, coordination and focus.

People think staying fit is about motivation.

As a trainer, I learned it’s really about consistency.

The small habits.
The daily movement.
The choices you make when nobody’s watching.

A healthy body isn’t built through extremes, it's built through lifestyle.
That's why I keep my routine simple: movement, balance, real food, and I always start my day with one spoon of Amrita Royal Sidr Honey for natural energy, antioxidants, and a rich way to support my body.

One healthy choice at a time.

Workouts that focus on flow are fundamentally different than workouts that focus on stressing the muscles. Both have their purpose, but for some people, avoiding stress and inflammation is necessary for optimal health #maceflow #steelmace #functional

Swinging the mace in nature is a different experience. It allows you to connect to yourself and your surroundings, and to be more present in the NOW!
