Weekly Dump 👀

Writing this with a massive swollen right eye as we speak 🤒🥴… this hayfever is trying its absolute best to take me out 😭!

Despite this, last week was super busy in every way possible, let’s unpack! Starting off with GWG, at our weekly Barbells & Babies class, we had the lovely @taliaxregis come down and deliver an amazing mat Pilates sessions with the mums. Super wholesome, challenging and a fun class all together 🙌🏾.

I visited @theposingroomlondon and worked on some bodybuilding poses with my cousin @trainwithg_ . And let me be the first to tell you, bodybuilding/posing is an ART 🔥! That shit was TOUGH 😭. Hoping to drop a reel on the session later this week so keep your eyes peeled 👀

Training was good! Managed to hit all 5x of my strength training sessions and even got a 1x 5K run in with the GWG Run Club. I also hit a new PB on an exercise but I’m not gonna say what it was, you’ll see me post it later this week… so keep your eyes peeled 👀!

Birthday Bootcamp is this Friday and I am GASSED! We’ve sold out and I can only thank you all for grabbing your tickets and your continued support as per usual! This one is going to be a MOVIE… I cannot wait to host and welcome you all 🔥🤞🏾!!!

Ok, enough talk talking! Swipe to see the dump and if you’ve been featured 👀

Gabriel has been training for over 11 years and competing for five.

For him, the biggest benefit of the posing room is focus. No distractions, no time pressure, just a dedicated space to work on posing and presentation ahead of competition.

The posing room opens on 1st April.

Everyone focuses on lifting and diet… but if you can’t present your physique, you’re leaving points on the table.”

We sat down with Gabriel, a knowledgeable bodybuilding and lifestyle coach, to talk about why having a dedicated posing studio is a game changer for competitors.

If you’re prepping for your next show, this is the difference between looking good and winning big. 💪

The difference a few tweaks and a lot of intention can make.

In the first pose:
• Glutes engaged, but the posture is working against her frame.
• The stance looks strong, but it hides the shape Ebs has built.
• Energy? Focused, but not quite there yet.

In the second:
• Upright posture, balanced weight, glutes fully shown without overflexing.
• Legs are placed with purpose — not just wide, but strategic.
• The body speaks, and it says: “I’m here, and I know exactly what I’m doing.”

We’re not chasing ‘cute’ or overdone.

We’re working on all : awareness, control and presence.

And when it clicks… you can feel the difference before you even see it.

Small shifts create big stage moments. But it MUST CLICK WITH You first.

When the body understands what to do, confidence becomes second nature.

If you’re ready to elevate your posing or presentation — send me a DM.

Saturday night leg sess with @trainwithg_

Warmed up with a few sets of leg extensions and adductors.

Pendulum squat x 3 sets
Hack squat x 3 sets (last set 20 reps constant time under tension)
Leg extensions x3 sets - 3rd set was a nasty drop set into failure and then negatives - didn’t film
Hamstring curls x3 sets - didn’t film
RDLs x3 sets

We had a nice mixture of heavy top sets, high rep sets, slow time under tension sets and both pushed each other for the extra hard reps 🙌

Great session G - looking forward to the next one 💪

𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭….⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I honestly needed some time before I posted this cause this past week has been surreal and overwhelming (in a good way). I’ve still not come down from the high. I want to thank everyone for their supportive messages both before I stepped on stage and after - honestly they don’t go unnoticed and I’ve tried to respond to every single message. I’m so grateful and appreciative of you all. ⁣⁣ I have so much to say and so many people to thank but the instagram character limit won’t let me win so please swipe to the notes at the end for all the accolades!
