✨ Halloween: evening classes only 🎃
✨ No Friday evening classes this month

I’ve been mia, not posting my workouts bc my storage is so low and I started a home bakery!!! But I’ll be catching up within the next few days I hope so prepare to be spammed with workouts hehe 🤓 I’ve been doing these after my Physical Therapy with Dr @danielagarzadpt at @completeathletept completeathlete and my personal training sessions with @trainwithtay12 at @girlgym.satx and I’m definitely feeling ace seeing the difference in my glute and stability!!! I’m so happy!!!

MY STABILITY IS SO BAD so I’m glad this targets all that because it is increasingly obvious I NEED THAT BAD. Our first training session at girl gym was an absolute blast!!! My niece got to come with me and she was so comfortable and confident she started trying to give Taylor workouts and pointers on training which was amazing to see as she’s typically a very shy little girl. If you’re a momma and need a safe space for yourself and your babies while you workout, may I recommend you give girl gym a try? ❤️‍🔥💖✨✨✨
