We talk about this phrase a lot over here at Power Pack... To us, it’s more than bringing positive energy into a room. It’s showing up for yourself. Taking care of yourself. Getting stronger. Choosing growth. And realizing that the energy you create for yourself has a way of reaching the people around you. Because good energy doesn’t stop with you. It ripples!
What does “BE THE ENERGY” mean to YOU?
