It’s been a few years in the making since OCRWC in 2024 where the last lache took my band… Now I’m happy to say I can do the same distance from 1 swing

Just having so fun swinging on some bars and playing on obstacles for a fun workout 🏋🏻‍♀️

@themidwestocr is one of my favorite races because
I honestly love the terrain it reminds me of cross country races ( this year was unusually muddy 😂)
The obstacles are top notch and the people who are attend are seriously the best.

There is something to be said about cheering the competition and wanting to win at the same time.

The level of sportsmanship and respect for the other racers because we are all out there doing hard things is hard to explain in words

You just have to plan to be there next year to experience it yourself

One of my favorite things about OCR is obstacles are evolving and changing! Sometimes it makes it easier for you and other times it makes it so much harder. To prepare for the unknown I love to find new ways to change up a obstacle

Who’s going to give this a try @toroz.gear T grip with hooks 🪝 down twister 🌪️?

Use code kaeley10 at checkout to save some 💵

The Jenison Hybrid Training Club September Meetup 🔥

Changed it up a little bit this month and did a Tabata inspired group workout

Anyone else feeling your legs and arms from those wall sits and pushups?

Bonus seeing all of the kids have a blast doing hill repeats and log rolls was so cute 🥰

The protein pumpkin muffins were also a huge hit

Thanks again for joining me without you it would not be the same
